Complete Guide to Visualforce in 2025

This video is everything you need to know about Visualforce in 2025 for modern Salesforce Development. The goal is not to make you Visualforce-Grossmeister, but to teach you enough so that you can pass Platform Developer 1, write your own Visualforce, or modify some nasty Visualforce components on your job. If you read anything Visualforce-related from Salesforce, they assume you know Visualfor...

This was Great Igor ♥ Keep posting :D
Loved this Igor♥ Please keep posting videos here as well!
Igor! This is prettty amazing, great demo! Very transformational and disruptive!
Awesome video. You put all your other content about variables together here. Great!
thank you!
Love the content Igor! Agree with the idea that learning the fundamentals is key and prioritizing that will help people learn the fastest. Changing your mindset to approach coding like a problem to solve will help immensely.
Thank you!
This was excellent and I’m glad I came across this video. Thank you!
What
I am looking forward to the cohort.
me too!
In order to get CTA, Application Architect is mandatory, so I'm not sure why you put it at Tier B
Hi @igor Gud information really for 2025, fundamental skills is must .
The market became extremely hard, and I can tell from my experience too. I have joined SF ecosystem and jumped straight to a specific industry solution, evey partner agency is having now. So my portfolio of products I worked for is very small and specific, but other job opportunities for this cloud are also small. I cannot find any other other job because they want admins to have experience from business analysis to apex coding and do everything. This is hard.
Hi @Igor, you need to increase the volume a bit.
noted!
What about the newbies who want to enter in salesforce ecosystem in 2025 ????
Not my domain haha :) But I'd say either learn coding or learn Salesforce itself.
It's always great to hear your perspectives, and I completely agree with the direction you're taking. I'm planning to follow a similar path, not only to become proficient in Salesforce (both admin and development) but also to give myself the flexibility to transition out of it when necessary. Developing skills in coding and object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, rather than focusing solely on specific tools, makes it much easier to switch between roles on different platforms. In the future, I would love to hear your thoughts on Apex developers who want to transition to newer programming languages. What would be the best approach for making this shift and positioning themselves to apply for similar roles at the same level?
8:10 👏👏 👏
It is slow haha :D
Thank you, this is the absolute truth.
Hi Igor, Is salesforce admin good if I am looking to get multiple jobs ?
is there alot of meetings or you work off a ticket board ?
Love the content! For getting examples to practice with coding, while I search for a mentor (and I’m the only SF person in my company), would you think that if I have Flows to try and write code (just to get the practice in coding)?
Cool
Thanks Igor!
Thanks bro . Exactly what I needed . See you on skool
Awesome!
What do you guys think? :)
I’m interested in joining. Are you still accepting people into the community?
Yes, totally! Here: www.skool.com/force-developers-8905/about
Hey Igor, I've been following your LinkedIn for a while and I knew coming into this video that I'd get a lot of value. You definitely did deliver. I signed up for "Learn Apex" and I'm one of those people who felt very excited seeing the amount of work required here. Why? Because you gave a map. I can take the next step knowing that although there is more down the road, what I am doing right now is providing the foundational skills I'll benefit from. You've earned both a subscriber and a student. Thank you!
5:07 RAD Women is actually free. It's a great resource to get started with and they give you the basics. You have to put yourself in a lottery and then they'll let you know if you make it. It's an admirable service. I've done Part 1 and 2.
I am amazed by the video Igor, thanks a lot. I am following you and I really like your approach. I wanna get info about the details of mentoring sessions.
Thankuu so much Igor u have given clear idea about programming and whole Salesforce carrier really thanks a lot and do more content on Salesforce please❤
Very informative overview of the developer journey. Seeing myself halfway this chart makes me glad that I'm on the right track! The advices you shared are very practical, therefore, very valuable to everyone. Thanks for the video!
Thank you!
Thanks for this video. From someone learning salesforce admin and seeing the saturation in tthe market having a plan sure makes it easier
Glad it helps!
Thank you Igor 🙂
You are welcome!
Great comprehensive view! You do a masterful job outlining the entire journey. Loved the portion on LWC ideas: they should come from real-world problems you're looking to solve (if you don't have any, how come?!). I've got plenty of those! I just create data table component that allows async updates on orderitems.
Yes, I am sure everyone has some real-world project ideas. Thanks for checking out the video :)
I am facing problems to learn B2B commerce , because there is not much resources available to learn salesforce technologies compare to other like Java, React etc. why is it , It is responsibility to senior salesforce developers to build courses and tutorials so that it's easy for beginner to learn and grow career in Salesforce ecosystem. What's your thought on this?
I don't think it's a responsibility of a Senior. It's rather a maturity of the ecosystem.
This is SO helpful! I was brought on as a contractor, doing a lot of on the job training via Trailhead after having done half JS/Java in a bootcamp prior. I don't have much aptitude for thinking like a programmer so I really have to work at it. Curious - in your video, you said that not everyone can do this. Some people's brains are just not wired for it. But on your Linkedin profile, you say that everyone CAN do it. Could you clarify, please?
Lol, looks like I do need to update my LinkedIn about section :D P.S. Glad this video helps you!
👍
