Hope the consultation went well! I recall being quoted something like that too without any insurance so it really depends on your insurance policy, the deductible and max out of pocket. I paid $4700 for mine and my max out of pocket was 5,000 and deductible was $1250 or so the insurance part is confusing to navigate and I'd reccomend reaching out to your insurance company for a more accurate quote/estimate.
