Michael Sean Poulsen has one of the strongest natural voices I've heard, saw them in Little Rock and they sounded like they were in the studio. Live.

There are a few songs that Volbeat are well known for, "Sad Mans Tongue" and "Still Counting" I'd say are the biggest. I think you would also enjoy "Becoming" to from their new album :) Some more of my favourites are "Devil's Bleeding Crown", "Die to Live", "Doc Holiday", "Dead but Rising" Ahhh so many great tracks! :D A wildcard track though which has some similar vibes, "Electric Worry" by Clutch. For those of you who don't know what Rockabilly is, Volbeat is Rockabilly. What I appreciate about Volbeat is it's the kind of show you can take your wife and kids to and still get in the mosh pit. Honestly, people could say the same about Slipknot because despite their heavy imagery, most of their songs are sickly sweet crooners for emo kids. There's so much Slipknot trash that trends towards the feminine side it's ridiculous because bands never play the songs you really want to hear on tour until the end when most everyone has already left. Feelings? who has those, oh yeah, women. When all is said and done, I could see a good woman dragging me to a Slipknot show but she's a cutter, she definitely has scars I don't have the time or patience to deal with unless I put her ex in the ground and I definitely won't be going to any shows after that

teardrops, Obey and ludens. 3 songs Similar to this one structure wise. For some a lil more chill vibe u should check Drown, Follow you, Doomed (live at royal Albert hall) or medicine. For some more intense shit I’d say Pray for plagues, alligator blood, The house of wolves, Dear Diary and shadow Moses. And my personal favorites by them are Sleepwalking, 1x1, And the snakes start to sing, Hospital for souls, Ouch. and Sugar honey ice & tea.

Hey dude, I’ve been listening to BMTH for almost a decade. I had pretty much the same reaction you did the first time I saw the video. “Obey”, “Drown” and “Doomed- live” are more great songs by them.

Hey there - love this song - just wanted to mention that the volume is really low on this - but glad you found this clip because Ronnie is an interesting person and he has so much stuff to say - and yes, he has battled with anger for a long time - and anger can be part of depression. Hope all is cool with you x BTWit looks like RUclips don't show the date uploaded which is annoying so might say things you have heard before. I love zombified and also Voices in my head - Ronnie writes all the songs and if you watch a video of an interview with him -it was at a music festival and I can locate if you want - he speaks about psychological things and given he spent 2 1/2 years in prison and copes with PTSD he is amazing. Made mistakes along the way but you cannot deny he has so much talent.

I would say almost every FIR song is very personal about Ronnie and his mental health there are some fun songs sprinkled in but mostly they are gut punchers and heartbreakers (imo)! P.s. the kiddo in the video is his daughter. Everyone else has recommended all the songs I would so I'll leave it at that 😁

Nice. Ronnie is the king of transitions and genre blending/bending. You name the genre and Ronnie has done it, and he killed it. One song I like by him that not a lot of reactions do is "Never the same."
