I've heard this about 5 times in church and finally was able to snipe the chords by eye =) Really cool version of this song, take no credit for anything, just came up with a cool line to it and thought the world should hear er ^_~ and yes, i know my voice sux, and i can't sing and play at the same time (henceforth lol)

you do realize that he fakes playing live with a track, and most likely has an uncredited REAL bass player track the records?
Ive seen it. I'm pretty sure he did that for the cameras. the studio versions sound better than how he plays. A lot of these CCM artists will have session players play some of their parts so the record sounds better. I was at a christian fest and saw skillet. He didn't play one note. his bass didn't even have a cable or wireless pack.

Jay Hammer There's evidence that he tracks the bass AND plays live.
I agree with you on that . the only reason we don't hear it live is because it is set lower than the guitars. also, the basses he plays are side jack mounted, so it may be hard to see the cable and the tech for the band has a certain cable that he prefers and it may be hard to see

You can stretch your hands like an octopus or you could simply tune your b string to c and play only on c :P
