    i actually do hanging knees raise for core. but i can only do a total of 5 good pull ups, 2 each set with maybe 2 extra half rep. there was a time where i could do 4 pull ups in a row, and then one day i felt that my left tricep hurt and since then i stopped, for more than a year, now i been working out and is quite a bit stronger with body weight similar or just a few lbs heavier, but i struggle with pull up more.

    • @TylerTong
      @TylerTong День назад

      @@CN-yc3eb that’s fine. Same principles will apply. If you’re using a doorframe pull up bar, you can get a chair to elevate your feet. A resistance band is also around $5-10. If you have a sturdy table, you can do Australian pulls under that. If you’re scared of the pull up bar collapsing while using bands, you can workout in your local park.

    i am a suspension training expert and practitioner and for the inverted row (which i think is super underrated as a stand alone back exercise) the straps should be around hip height not so long as demonstrated. other than that great video brother

    If it is just about the muscle nerve conection, using nerve cell growth hormones should speed things up. Lionsmane as well as Tigermilk mushroom contain natural sources of those stronger than native mammalian ones. I recomend consumption ~1h before the nerve stimulation (normaly i used it to learn stuff faster and easyer, however it should also help in your case) Oh and it also prevents alzheimers, parkinson and other neurodegenerative issues. The main reason i use them.

      @MabusTiefsee this is some pretty cool information. I’m going to have to look into this. Thanks!

      @MabusTiefsee 3 дня назад

      @@TylerTong no problem, done quiet a few experiments with those (cured my face blindness with those (take the mushroom, go to a place with lots of humans and watch them).) And they even saved the live of my ducks. They somehow found a tasty nerve cell toxin somewhere... Lost 5 ducks until i figured out that mushroom helps them as well... ...just don't take them before sleeping or you improve your dreams, until they become to real ;)

  • @MasonGnzr

    Doesnt form also depend on body proportions like some people may have a long torso and short legs and vice versa.

    • @TylerTong
      @TylerTong 10 дней назад

      @@MasonGnzr yes this is true. But these guidelines will still apply no matter what proportions you have. As a general advice, you’ll most likely have to travel your knees more over your toes if you have long femurs. And the more upright you are, the more you will hit your quads. The more hinged, the more you will hit your glutes and hamstrings

    Why do you need to place your toe under your knee?

    • @TylerTong
      @TylerTong Месяц назад

      Having your toes under or behind your knees puts you into a more stable position to push into the ground and create leg drive. Leg drive is an important tool for producing more power in your bench.

    bodybuilders dont train with high reps unless they just want to fatigue themselves, gymnasts/ the athletes ur probably talking about are strong for their bodyweight while bodybuilders (on the pro level) are stronger if not as strong as even powerlifters which are the strongest in the world. gymnasts, as u mentioned are strong compared to their bodyweight not relative strength Jay Cutler is literally pressing 3 plates like its nothing in that clip u showed. gymnasts dont do much weights its mostly calisthenics aka pull ups and bodyweight exercises so if you want to be as strong as ur genetics allow train like a bodybuilder/powerlifter
