They aren''t saying if there was a literal the size of a human it would be able to life a car, they're saying if a human had the same size to strenght ratio that an ant does, they'd be able to lift a car. I had her stupid smug face that thinks shes caught everyone on an oversight. Yes, we all know the inverse scaling laws that come with increasing the size of a muscle. Anyone above the age of 10 whos seen a Because Science or any other science youtube channel has heardexactly what she's saying 400 times already. It's not exactly revolutionary. But the reason no one brings it up really is because it completely misses the point of a science fiction power like Spider-Man's strength or like Ant-Man's strength. The point of a power isn't that they have the strength of what a human sized ant would have, they have the strength of what a human with an ant's strength to weight ratio would have.

Antman ability is derived from manipulating dimensions & accessing higher dimensions & the inter & intra dimensional spaces one of which contains the multiverse. So it is feasible to contain a localised field of your native dimension as a protective bubble due to where his powers are derived from. This is also why he can time travel as he CAN traverse to higher dimensions OUTSIDE of the three dimensional spacetime superstructure where he can observe the entirety of dimensions below that which he currently inhabits & CHOOSE at what point in time & space he wants to manifest as he re-enters a lower dimension e.g. 3D!
