The adapter is Fotodiox Pro Lens Mount Adapter for Nikon Lens to Micro Four Thirds Cameras, although there are better ones out there. I have another sold by RainbowImaging that is better quality.

I work at a dealer, the Big 3 are doing it also. With all the monitoring systems and the special software it takes its gonna get worse. I started in a small shop, loved it actually but there is gonna come a day when a small shop just cant do the work or the tools needed are more expensive than a couple snap on boxes, and its gonna be dealer only. Keep perserveiring though.
