Liposuction most often will be less expensive than a tummy tuck although the procedures are for different people most people who need a tummy tuck will not be satisfied with liposuction alone as they will still have loose hanging skin. Those patients who are candidates for liposuction definitely do not need a tummy tuck. As part of a tummy tuck we do include liposuction the love handles/flakes area. Since everyone is different shapes and sizes exact pricing varies based on the patient and how extensive the liposuction or tummy tuck needs to be.
This is Jennifer Sinclair. This video says one can go down one or two sizes. That is only with a pedicle technique reduction. With a free nipple graft technique reduction, one can have his/her breasts reduced to as small as s/he wants.
You are correct in the regard that removing the nipple you can go as small as you want you can even remove all the breast tissue to have a completely flat chest. But most women do not desire this however due to the guaranteed loss of nipple sensation. In some patients it is possible to reduce more than two cup sizes with a pedicle technique although this is not the norm. If you are talking about top surgery for gender affirmation that is a very different surgery.
