This should have dual display ports and if not it should have a VGA and a display port. Just connect one to each and you are all set. Hope this helps.

I think only 1 but you can add a large format drive for more archiving or just can an adapter and add another SSD. That is what I did with the computer. I have my main nvme installed for performance and Windows operating system and two SSD connected via SATA internally. It should have the cables included for that with the computer. If not buy new ones.

Hello, sorry for the late reply but some times the monitors and laptops have a life of their own. There could be many reasons why this isnt working as expected. Usually I recommend to connect the adapters towards the monitors side and restart the computers if nothing comes up. Some times the docking station might have a power button that needs to be one BUT if its a Lenovo dock that should be on. If you have the laptop closed when you connect it all the laptop is probably asleep and all you need to do is press the docking station power button Once only to wake it from sleep. I hope this helps. If not maybe it could be the adapters.

​@@infotechyeti Hello, It looks like we have exactly the same docking station (Thinkpad Ultra Dock 2) My laptop is an HP Elitebook 850 G6, so it is not a notebook and it won't be possible to use it as it was intended because of my laptop size ( I mean on top of the docking station) Can I connect my laptop to the docking station instead of place it on top of the docking station? It is probably a silly question but I am stuck on this. I used to work in a company and I had a lenovo docking station similar to the Lenovo thinkpad hybrid usb-c. It was just a rectangular piece and everything was connected in there. I appreciate your help so much. Jeje

I dont see why it cant do high end live streaming. I had configured a Dell 9020 with max RAM and ssd and my buddy was able to stream his Xbox games with no issues as long as he got the adapter needed to stream. Good luck and hope that helps.

Honestly this pc isnt great for todays video games. You can install, I think a max 2GB video card due to the limit space to install a graphics card. Itll still work good for any high end cad or minor video or photo editing but not for high end stuff or gaming. Might as well get a gaming console or get a larger pc that can support a larger video card. I hope this helps.

@@Meesaa06 The power supply is only rated for 180W so a 4060 is out of the question. Plus there are no GPU power cables coming out of the power supply. An RX 6400 LP 4Gb fits and is probably the best that can be used in this chassis. You might be stressing the power supply even with that though. The M920S comes with a 210W power supply, which is a little better. Since the M720S and M920S are almost identical, it may be possible to install the 210W PS into the M720S. I don't know for sure.

I dont see why not. The standard power charger is a 65W. I use my apple charger for my laptop and visa versa. Its all standard now.

@@Richninjaa dude. wow me too! coming from Macbook Pro user of 10yrs. MBpro 2014 A1502. But I remember back in the day before my mbpro, thinkpads already got my attention. But same with other people just wanting to show off eventhough I grew up using windows and LAN gaming, I selected MBPro. I probably used it on and off, it's great for editing and it works but never got satisfied. It laid for years in the corner with on and off use. I'm excited to go back to Windows and especially to finally use Thinkpad. I hope T480s will not disappoint.

I love the new Lenovo T14s. They have improved a lot but I still prefer my Lenovo T495 with AMD processor. Works great for those zoom calls. The Lenovo T14s have upgraded the trackpad, display and keyboard among other things but happy with my Lenovo T14.

any add ons would be the internal ssd or hdd. the graphics cards are for small form factor. think i installed one for a client that had a max 2GB video card. they were not doing any high end video or photo editing but needed one to view some 3D images to import, transfer or archive. hope this helps.

I think I tried the same on creating a nas from a PC using linux. I think there's an actual linux os that is just for nas or an app to setup the PC as a nas. Just get 2 large drives. M.2 and larger hdd. That's what I have in mine. Good luck

Though I plan on going with TrueNAS Scale (for it's familiarity, and simple plug-ins.), I'm not a big fan of the RAM-hungry ZFS file system. So I may consider a Linux based OS as a lightweight alternative. Keep up the good work man; 😅 "Because knowledge is power", and the world needs more of it.

Hi sorry I dont. Check w Lenovo to see if they can provide you with the part you need. They might not but worth a try. From there check to see if the part you are looking for would be in another pc that isnt working. It might be worth to buy a trashed desktop like it for parts. Hope this helps.

Hi, yes the ANC does turn on without having to play music but sorry to say I cannot compare the two as I do not own a pair of apple airpods pro. only to really tell is by trying them out to see which one provides the best option. I do have the Anker Liberty Sound Pro 2 and the noise cancellation works well. Hope this helps and thanks for your comment!

Try the cornhole ace boards. Probably the best boards for the money.i have played on a set of these and they are also nice but had issues waiting for them and orders that were after mine were processed and delivered before mine,how do I know that ? Because I told my uncle about them and he ordered to sets 2 weeks after I did and got his before mine showed up ,so I called and was told no boards were sent out to anyone and I knew that was bs and was told my boards weren't built yet and was going to be 2 more weeks so I canceled my order and went with the ace boards. It all worked out (for me). One of my uncles sets had knot patches, one didn't.

Yes I think it’s okay. I actually just had to wipe and update one of these for a client and believe it’s compatible with windows 11. I would update the ram to max and make sure it has an i7 processor. Another model that is good is the T495 which is what I use for work.

Not keen on using Windows 11 because we have an internal platform that only runs on Windows 10. @shawdywap up to you, but I usually advise anyone getting a computer to have at least 16GB, preferably more, ram w a 512 or 1TB ssd and an i7 if using large processing applications. I had an x model laptop and like the portability of it, but the screen was a bit small. If I'm correct by the model, it might just have a 12 inch screen. I think that works if you don't mind it.

Little to no fan noise. Temperature depends on applications using. I'd recommend dedicated video card and expand memory

Hi, does the new dock have display ports? If so I'd go from VGA to display ports to see if that works. Star Tech have good adapters and cables that may work. Hard to say for sure given your setup but it's possible that it'll work. I'm not sure if vga to hdmi will work but check startechs website to see if they have that cable or adapter.

Hi, I’m not positive but from my experience with these devices I’ve been able to install and expand the memory. What works to find the best ram is to use Crucial.com it’ll help find the best ram options and hard drives compatible for that pc. Good luck!

Good luck and make sure you take practice exams. Don't memorize the exams but learn from them. The day before I had to relax and watched a comedy show. I was burned out from studying. If you pass great and if you don't keep at it.

Yes you need a low profile for this. I even have a low profile older video card from a dell and it wouldn't fit in this one. Make sure you find the best to fit this one

Glad you like them. They are still good. The only issue I came across is the plug in part doesn't work well but again it's almost 2 years old or more and the Bluetooth connection works well. The battery does last and sound is good as well

The dock has a headset port you can plug it in unless the speaker set connects with usb

There is no plase where you would fix that card. Moreover, you don’t have any power cables for such GPU from the power supply. So while in theory you can, in reality you have to use PCIE only powered low profile GPU. Power suppliesxon these machines are not that powerful (typically 180 - 210 W) and as said, there is no separate output to power gpu from them. Use RX 6400 or RTX A2000 (but such machine has to have 210 W power supply ideally).

Hi I wouldn't rely on this for gaming. It's a small form factor and the video cards for these are not great for that. For the price build your own pc
