A bomber intercept over Caen on the Project Overlord server, mission 10 (25th July 1944). I was outnumbered 5:1 by escort fighters going into this, so it was unlikely to end well. Some Background: I got badly mauled by a Spitfire whilst defending Bernay, belly landing with a dead engine & crashing through the perimeter fence. Unexpectedly, I was able to get the aircraft repaired, but not back through the gap in the fence (it was too small & blocked by the wreckage of a crashed Spitfire). It was a day for mid-air collisions. Lost half a wing in an overenthusiastic JU-88 attack. Pity I wasn't recording that. Got lost because my nav is a bit shit and the spit kept turning left, which meant I ended up much further East than St Croix (!)

A quick flight to London & back from Kenley on the Normandy 2 map, including a flight along Tower Bridge.
