Hey! So wotlk and wow up to cata is pretty lightweight. You can get away with a lot if you are willing to turn down your graphics and fps lock your windows - and since they are going to be small, you will not notice the difference. I use a AMD Ryzen 7 5700G with Radeon Graphics 3.80 GHz with 32 gb of ram No video card at all. I would recommend, the most ram you can get, 32-64+. The fattest processor you can get, and focus on graphics last. Google -reddit wow macro lower than low graphics - and make macros for that for your boxes. to turn the graphics down to their maximum. /console maxfps 30 /console maxfpsbk 30 will lock your boxes to 30 fps - Make a copy of your wow, the whole directory, that will be the slaves - your master directory you can leave alone. On the slave copy - turn off or delete ALL addons that are not required, i use bartender, pitbull, and thats pretty much it on the slaves. All of these things add up, so that i can play 25 copies of wow with few to no issues. Most of the time I struggle - it's because of lag with 25 inputs being sent back and forth to the server. Hopefully this gets you started. lmk if I can help more. <3

That's awesome, the way games bring people together is something that is hard to replicate lol. The first time I went to the emerald dream and saw the developer notes on the ground I thought it was the coolest thing ever. It really got me into games even more than I already was. Good stuff XD

At the time there was rumors going around that warmane was going to not allow boosting anymore. So I wanted to jump on it while I could. Turns out it was probably just a sales tactic. - I agree with everything you said lol. Very toxic, better than you attitude, but they make the same mistakes as everyone else. Its very common on this server.

I have two but they're very small... The right five are smashed in the window via OBS (just resized my 2nd monitor). If I do another video like this I may just show all 10 once at the start, then focus the main window or maybe just 5 of the windows, because all 10 makes them so small it's hard to see anything at all for youtube purposes. @@ExploringWithSamezeezz I used isboxer. So main window was the biggest and the rest was small. When you change window to other character is became main and also big. I think you could do like you write. BUFF them all and then focus on one big screen. Now its looking very mess up. Regards

Hey ty for watching, Here is my only setup video I have for mboxing atm. It is for hotkeynet - all the info, files, etc, are in the video or description to get it working. I have no had goodluck with isboxer - I know alot of people swear by it and I do see the potential, but the setup alone was a nightmare to get it mostly fuctional, vs HKN is literally launch the program, point at script, scroll lock on and control+R, profit. Then you can make it more advance if you want to from there. I also had problems when trying to 25 box with isboxer - my dudes would randomly run off straight in a direciton (into lava usually) and that happening 4-5 times ina single raid was enough for me to stop using it lol... Do you have auto loot enabled via the in game normal menu? Also - check if your wow directory is read only - windows updates likes to change that, and it will not allow many addons to work if it's like that. FasterLoot works for me currently as of this comment so check those things, and maybe redownload the addon and/or use a backup of your wow directory (fresh download) and reinstall the addon to see if it's a background setting that is messed up in your ini//config files.

Sry for the late reply, had some IRL stuff. This is not bannable on Warmane - Icecrown. I know you cannot use any multibox programs on retail but on this private server, it's 100% fine. That's one of my biggest attractions towards this server tbh.

Hey! Thanks for watching, I'm glad the videos are useful to someone <3 Your problem with follow is tricky. - Can you check in the menu > key bindings and see what 'move backwards' is set to? I have mine set to g. That's how I make mine stop following (for positioning). - Are you using Jamba? If so, try turning it off as a trial and see if it still happens. - Try setting follow to a button like = just to see if it fixes. That's all I can think of right now, if I come up with something I'll hit you up again.

Oh, PvP is an absolute no go for me in multiboxing. Just a shame that I had picked alliance side to multibox on, as the pve mbox community seems to mostly reside on horde side. Understandably tho, those racials are OP. It does feel like a lonely hobby at times eh xd

@@Sabbieproductions It really can be lonely XD It takes a game that already pushes people away with competition and pushes them completely away with the - I DUN NEED YOU IMA STRONG INDEPENDENT PLAYER - mindset. I'm glad I still raid like, with my guilds, and socialize, otherwise it'd be much harder to WANT to play every week. You should put out some videos, even unedited whatever kinda content - it helped me a lot - to remember there are other people and it can be fun to play with others. The best part about mboxping pve,,, if you mess up, you know you did, and there is no room for interpretation. In public raids, it's all a little mini game within the game, trying to wrangle people that supposedly want to be there, to play the gd game XD Kisses <3

LOL right? It's been like this for over a year. You can kinda rigg the quest, and goto free the slaves and do garfrost first, then turn in the quest, then go do Ick, but it's still not working like it's supposed to.

Was supposed to be, turned into a normal run. People brought (snuck) 4.5-5k toons cause it was a guild run, and we had to pug 3 spots. Maybe next time.

Was 8/12 Heroic - alt run for most people there.

Cause Blizzard sucks

Lots of farming, investing in things on the AH when they're low priced and selling high. Honestly just a lot of AH manipulation. It took the better part of 6 months of constant farming to get there, and never spending gold. I used to wake up at random hours to check the AH, right before I went to bed, first thing in the morning, etc.

Ty for your support and watching my stuff, I'm glad it's being used by people <3 I can work on a video and address all of those things for ya, it will be a few days. In the meantime, if you go into jamba's settings, you have to do some setup to get it to work that had not been covered in my videos. You have to set them up on each account, change the channel and password - jamba communicates through a channel in wow - so something like 'samjamba1//samjamba1' in the Jamba setting, You also have to set a master and slaves, have them all in the channel, then you send the settings (once setup for quest auto accept, turn in, strobe follow, etc.) to all the toons using Jamba. The easiest way to setup druids or mouseover healing is going to require all of your windows to be the same resolution. Then it Should* be as simple as pressing the tilde key to send the mouse inputs to all windows, and clicking on your main screen. There might* be a way to turn on the mouse feature permanently but I'll have to dig on that one as I just use Rsham to heal for my setups which has smart casting for chain heal (bounces to the targets that need it the most). You could also do something in the meanwhile like, make a macro for buttons 1-5, or f1-f5, that does - target a toon in your party, cast rejuv, for example. Admittedly when I made the video for multibox - initial setup - I had barely used a lot of things in there. So, yeah... I'll hook ya up asap. <3

@@ExploringWithSamezeezz Well, i discovered for myself that multiboxing is TERRIBLE for leveling because all vanilla quests is all about going from one corner of map to another and back, i spent like 30 hours and I'm just 58 when with dungeon boosting i could be 80 in less that 12 hours. 2) mouseover can't work as it is with tilda because it send only clicks nothing else, tried it, but i thought to test if its doable with addon clique, gonna test it out. 3) i improved a bit the HKN script with auto login on accounta because got tired to do it every time manually xD, but i have problem with ctrl alt L command that open and rename all windows, it says "target window doesn't exist" or something like that, on forum people say its because wow opens too slow for script to target the window and need to use x64 launcher to fix but warmane doesn't have such launcher so need to open all windows then use the rename and then the login script with 3 different hotkeys to work, do you have any idea how to fix it ? Does it work for you? My PC is very good so the issue is something else. 4) You can't do heals with macro because you have limited number of macros that can be made (its like 28 macros you can make) since my general macros are full already and hotkeys to bind them are not infinite aswell xD My biggest problem now is turning quests, need to aim perfectly with tilda to click on npc or click with each window to turn in quest and it takes so much time... Today i was doing chain quest and because 2/5 chars didnt turn in quest with the rest i lost like 20 minutes because notice it late that they are not on same line... Do you have any tip how to turn in quests ?

@@eq3235 Hey! So if you go to the menu (esc) goto key bindings > Targeting Functions > Interact with Target. Set that to a button like t, something easy to reach but kinda far and unused. Press Okay, Then, go to the menu > Interface > Mouse, and turn on Click-to-Move. This is how melee characters are setup, it can also be used to have all of your little dudes interact with their target//quest giver, for turning in quests. I did not have luck with the launcher function of hotkeynet. I have one master window with most graphics turned up, view distance especially. Then another separate wow directory that has all of them turned down except view distance. Then I launch all the wows, 1 good graphics, 4 meh graphics, and then rename > resize windows.

<3 I never thought about using isboxer + mouseover for heals, that sounds super useful no lie. I just rolled all Rsham//Hpal for heals since they have smart healing spells that I can just spam and hope for the best lol... I started boxing because I wanted to farm dungeons and gear up my little dudes, and it's turned into a routine that idk how I ever lived without it XD Why do dungeons with someone else when I can do it myself and get ALL the loot?!? ^______^^^

That sounds like a solid af team. Do you play on icecrown by chance? Just curious. I agree, melee are a complete pain to control. I made my melee for Mount Hyjal - banshees, and Black Temple Council fight - the one dude drops agro and picks a random target to delete, I figured if they were all plate users they'd last a few hits at least. My preferred team is all range. Much easier to position, spread, and their rotations//spells line up nicely. I made 3 of the rets into hpala's and gemmed ALL mp5 in every slot, I don't need the heals to hit hard, I just need them to cast the entire fight (tbc content). They're at around 700 mp5 now raid buffed and zero icc gear... I just hate healing so much or I'd spend some time gearing them in raids lol. Truly amazing to see someone else like minded, I've ran into some small boxers but very few people have more than 5, and most are for pvp. Have you tried ICC at all? TBH gunship gives me the most issues, usually takes about 2-5 tries to get it down. Thanks for commenting #oneofus

@@tineristineris1860 REEeEE... I feel that hard. I did 5 spriests back to back, my tanks, and 4 of the shams and stopped. So life draining doing that many in a row I was trying to use isboxer to clone my movements and lvl eng with it LOL. Slowly but surely we'll get there.

@@ExploringWithSamezeezzFor TBC council I stack on Mage boss with the MT, I park the OT in the range group for a fast taunt+consacration slap aggro. I try to keep the bosses on the mage stacked. Before I had 1 ret, 2 rogues and 2 wars for mele cleave. It was nice but I am lazy, I did not want to Bind the mele group to another "Interact" Hotkey. Tanks are manual control, the rest are /follow most of the time. /a focus macros work wonders. Did all Van and TBC raids, From wotlk all that remains to be cleared is Full Uld, OS 3D and to start ICC. Sadly for ICC I never had a available team, got saved on multiple toons with guild raids. I assigned the Hpala to be a tank healer only, Beacon on tank and spam Holy light on himself to splash ranged when stacked. With 3 resto dudus, revitalize talent enables me to spam heals like a monkey and end most fights with 20-50% mana. For the dudus I kinda cheat a little, I use to match all blue sockets with sp and spirit. 1 innervate for Shamy, 2 for Hpala then when on CD I drop totem and hymns 1 by 1.

i was referring to the syntax lol. this game is so old that there are plenty of ways to play it your own way and have fun with it. getting upset with this is just sad. he does instanced content and not pvp so whats the difference for the other players?

Sheesh, that means more than I could put into words - with all the choices out there of stuff to watch. Keeses. I'll try my best to continue pumping them out for you <3 Blood queen - is going to be a nightmare. I've thought about it a lot, and I position my windows on my screen like my numpad on my keyboard for movement, esp for 10 mans. So 7-9 are the top three row, and 0 is my main tank. I do that for fights that require repositioning. I'll do the stack method, and say on the numpad say my #4 position is shadow flamed - I press 4 on the numpad and everyone except* #4 goes to follow the 'rdps movement toon//focus' - will require a special focus and follow macro for this fight because I normally have my tank as focus. Tanks will stay on the stage. In my theory everyone will follow the special focus and I'll group them in the middle, mass dispel, while the flamed target is auto running. All that being said, I've yet to try it, so... we'll see what I have to adjust once I get there. For PP - I've thought about it a lot. I think just staying on the table, and literally playing off the abom is how I'm going to do it. I'll probably have to make special true one button dps macros (vamp touch > DP > mind flay > swp > flay > flay > flay > flay > etc) and put all of those on Q//E. I'll make Q chain heal and E target tank and heal, and put nothing for 1-3 on everyone's bars. So that I can focus on abom, and press q//e without having to think too much. I've thought about using HKN or auto hot key to make the game play for me for fights like this... make a script that goes through the rotation perfectly for each toon with MS's timed out for spells etc., but I feel like that's cheating, and likely 'botting' so I wont try that. Sindy - Is going to suck. I haven't put a lot of thought into her yet. Likely going to require most of my bars to change with gaps in buttons. Like, if shaman 1 gets picked, I press 1, if shaman 2 gets picked, I press 2, to continue casting on everyone. That way they don't build too many stacks. Massive focus on tomb phase, I think that's just going to be goku level's ultra instinct focus to find the tomb targets and move them ahead, or maybe have EVERYONE on the tomb area and quickly have those two stop following, and run away with everyone else following the tank out. I've only seen the tank get picked for tomb like, once or twice ever. It's probably going to be one of the hardest things to actually do. The grind to make characters is unreal. Thankfully once you get your first team done, you can get the rest // new dudes to around 5.3-5.5 fairly quickly. 1-3 solo play raids later and they're around 6k and starting to be useful. It's a massive commitment and I've often felt like, wth am I doing, out of frustration... so thank you for YOUR words of inspiration, it's really amazing to know I've had a positive impact on someone else, or is it 'diseased' someone else with the multibox bug XD

But yeh, it's very encouraging and motivating to see someone else go through the same journey that you've decided to take on as well. Seeing you go through your process and thinking is valuable, I'm sure to other boxers that are interested as well, not just me. It helps me keep my head looking forward knowing that there's someone else going thru the same things, even if facing different technical challenges. I struggled with my gunship tactic and when I eventually got thru, I was stuck on saurfang for a month since I didn't have a second tank. Now the sorry sod goes down on heroic without too much of a sweat. I'm currently 8/12 on my ICC progress, was finally able to do 5/5 togc 10man and got one undying run done in naxx. It was all inspired by you, after seeing your video about sarth and onyxia. Even when I had just cleared those myself, seeing someone else do the same thing, with way different tools, totally different process, and being able to get those pesky dragons down, I was inspired. If this guy can have that level of tenacity, so can I. Soon after I did hit a wall, but your gold for boost video came out and opened my eyes, and I saw a way forward. Hey! I'm usually on Dangerops or Rawt if I'm online. Here are all of my shadow priest macros. I play off my tank, make him the focus, then all the macros target him, then target his target. You could accomplish the same thing with an assist macro if you play a little differently. Another thing, using the spriest macro breaks follow, so you will have to keep that in mind for positioning, and making them refollow when needed. It takes some getting used to.
