You have really gotten things moving amongst the TAP investors Brittany (as I have several members on Telegram who keep me apprised with relevant posts). You are to be commended for being the catalyst with this video. However, I would humbly implore you and the others to be cautious about getting State or Federal (but especially Federal, such as the FBI) authorities involved because IF they do get involved, the probability of a full recovery will be next to nil. First, I suggest that the group would agree to wait to see if DB gets the PPM completed and delivered to us before the end of this month. This PPM is supposed to contain Financial Disclosures, and whilst I doubt that they will be Audited, these financial reports will give us a good window into DB's attestations about the Assets and Liabilities of the various ventures. And hopefully, there will be enough net Assets (at least at the valuations used therein) to cover the amounts we Investors have loaned to the reconfigured TAP venture entities. If so, then I think it is more prudent for us to find help from a qualified law firm/lawyer to secure the Investors' interests, whether it's those seeking Rescission, or those choosing to assent to converting their loans to permanent equity. Even though I suggest a continued delay, there will be a time for criminal investigations to occur. If it becomes clear that those who have been responsible for the management of the TAP ventures have left us with no real chance to see any near term meaningful recovery, then a more near term criminal investigation may be warranted. My experience would suggest that going directly to the FBI without any direct insider connection will be fruitless. So, the best avenue to pursue, when it is determined that our chances of recovery are low, is to press the various Securities & Investor Fraud sections within various State AG offices. But, it sounds like you and others have already initiated this course of action there in OK which has the most direct locational connection to the physical TAP assets (other than the CV venture which is not a topic I am addressing in response to this video). In summary, I think the best strategy if DB does not continue to perform in a timely and fully transparent manner is to first explore finding a qualified law firm to pursue a civil tort action (securities fraud, misrepresentation, etc.) against those responsible for the TAP offerings from the start to present. Since Buttar is supposedly deceased, his liability would be moot, and his successors in interest would be responsible. And since DB is offshore in CR or elsewhere, the goal of such a civil legal action would be to FIRST get a Court-appointed Trustee to take over the control and oversight of all the entities. Of course, this will be costly, so the MOST IDEAL scenario will be IF DB decides to do as he should and get us the PPM so we can then decide how bad our overall situation is as Lenders who have had no real fiduciary representative acting to preserve and advance our BEST INTERESTS. Finally, it would not surprise me if DB was initially a part of the +$2M dollar insider embezzlement. But when it was botched by that email from Dr. G (and probably other mistakes), then DB realized that the mistake would come back to hurt him, so he quickly "turned his coat" and filed the lawsuit against Buttar's flashy accountant and Dr. G. to try to cover up his co-conspiracy. Regardless, however, what may be left of these funds (and they have probably already been "hidden") will likely be tied up in litigation for years and eaten up by lawyer's fees. Not only that, a group of members would always attack my posts to defend Dave and Dr B without any knowledge of the truth. I tried to sound the alarm and warn people about Dave B a long time ago, but most people did not believe me or they stayed quiet out of fear.

Thanks Brittany, sounds like the ranch manager/s should be fired immediately, they are not true ranch hands and siphoning money from the project whether accidentally or purposely, they are losing money. It would have been good to find a true ranch hand right away. So sorry to hear about this craziness, wish someone knew about running a ranch. Sounds like dishonest people have taken over, except for a very few.

I'm a TAP investor. I would like to ask you some questions. Can you provide me with your email?

The problem we have is that it is going to take big $'s to even begin to try to get this sh*te show under control. I became aware of the problems with TAP within 60 days of investing and I immediately tried to get my $'s back even with the "vig" that Buttar was demanding because of my lack of commitment. Even though a refund was approved, he never allowed my repayment before his death (the timing of which was very interesting in light of everything that had and was transpiring back then that was proving him to have grossly misrepresented things to us). In any case, seeing that Buttar was not going to refund me, I began looking for legal counsel and, as I had expected based on my years of experience working with legal matters, none that were qualified would take such a messy situation on a contingency basis. Same for other professionals (like myself with deep domain expertise in many of the business, RE, and financial areas required) who will not work for free. But, with DB and this other named charlatan (and possibly Ashton) in control, the money was spent on lawyers (recommended by Sean Brehm), accountants, and others (such as those in OK who were not qualified and just there to get a "big, easy paycheck") so that "we the investors" had no say or knowledge of how they were scamming us. I sent a number of emails to DB and he never replied. But now that I know he is in CR, I have some resources down there and I hope to be able to track him down. However, at this point, I don't know what can be done OTHER than bring in "the Authorities" (as you have already begun to do) to pursue CRIMINAL actions which generally means that the investors get very little recompense after all the legal games and costs. So, BOTTOM LINE, it really is a cost/benefit calculus as to if it makes sense to pursue Recovery in the Civil arena. We are in a very tough spot with no PRACTICAL LEVERAGE against the perpetrators outside of being willing and able to "pay to play" to go after them. [I think it will take at least a $25K, but probably $50k, retainer to get a Securities Fraud attorney to take on our cause. And this is where our claims must start because technically we are all just Lenders at this point.] And even then, DB's whole business practice is built on using clever and questionable approaches to Asset Protection such that one can never recover a judgement. You can bet that he won't be coming to the US anytime soon!

Many of us have been very concerned and, sadly, our inferences about how big a fiasco and fraud that all the TAP ventures started by Buttar and DB became is seeming to be our brutal present reality. My family has been in ranching and farming for 6 generations and your video reveals the old truism, "when the cat is away, the mice will play." But, I am not sure that there was anyone who really knew how to set up or run a top grade operation. This is the typical a small/family Ag Operation that "just gets by" because the profit margins are so slim at best. Most get by accessing governmental programs, subsidies and special loans. To wit: Jacob was about to lose the property and Buttar proposed a deal that was too good to pass up. Regarding the near lack of and bad (possibly fraudulent) management of the operations and our investor $'s: Just today DB is admitting once again that he made a costly and bad decision (and supposedly doing everything for the best interests of the Investors) by bringing in Mr. Bharwani, a close friend of Buttar's who is in the US (unlike DB) and could therefore be authorized to "manage" the bank accounts for the TAP ventures (then placed by DB into several new entities). Same for his decisions regarding the Bison and the Hemp, even though it was Buttar who chose to pursue hemp without informed legal counsel regarding out of State participants, and also chose a young guy with NO experience in Bison husbandry. And now DB is saying that no one else would step up to take on this role, even though I never heard any call out for qualified people to help. No matter at this point, because no one with half a brain would take on the role with these ventures that are so underwater, unless their compensation is exceptional and indemnification is solid and comprehensive. Also, I am still interested in reviewing a LEGAL/legit Death Certificate for Buttar. Not to mention, I am eagerly awaiting delivery of the full PPM that DB's update suggests will be sent to us this month. [Are you going to trust this work product?] With a lawsuit just recently filed, this ordeal may be strung out for years. All the while, the monies keep bleeding out to those who like vultures enjoy our hard earned invested $'s. Oh how I kick myself for ever falling for Buttar's "mindset" hogwash that was just a front for his egotistic need for grandeur and his narcissistic/sociopathic personality disorder!!! I expect many TAP cultists to dislike this post or to post responses attacking my views. No problem; for purely self-serving reasons, I hope that many of the current lender-investors decide to stay in the deals to ultimately "realize" Buttar's visions.
