Grew up in Sacramento, knew of a guy that got put in his own trunk kidnapped and taken to Walmart and the giys took his credit card and bought TV's then, well you can guess. Oak Park was one of the worst neighborhoods in Sacramento County.

I remember a crime ridden neighborhood, with gang members and homeless on every corner. That was segregation. Now blacks and whites live together in neighborhoods all over Sacramento. That is integration. How can they both be bad? IMO, the average black kid will do much better in a integrated world then in a segregated world. Certainly moving from rundown 100 year old homes with lead paint to homes built in the 1960s is an improvement.
