Lot of fluff. The company use to be more like a family. Operators are often sent short dated products and are expected to manually lower it and that cuts into their margins… and are held responsible for any outdated products on the shelf. That’s really just the beginning. What they call support for the “owners” is really just controlling them from a distance so that they don’t have to worry about the inevitable law suits from shoppers. When you have trouble with operating your store the company feels more like a saboteur. In Antioch (Buchanan store) an Operator was losing his store and chose to jump off a bridge and end his life. The company was not in there helping him. They were cutting him off. They are selling you hype… and I for one am sorry I ever got involved with them!

You never really own a grocery outlet....when you own a business you build equity....at GO you never build real equity....the store always belongs to a big corporation...GO.....your basically investing $200,000 + to buy yourself a job.....let's see invest $200, 000 into a franchise then you and your spouse both work 60 + hours a week for an average of $100,000 a year for 2 people....ok...thats 50 k each approximately 50 work weeks a year that would be $1000 a week each...let's say you work 60 hrs a week thats less than $20 an hr.....opportunity of a lifetime?
