Hi! I got this surgery done 3 months ago and I regret doing it. After the surgery and going home, I had a hard time breathing, my mother took to the hospital and turned out that my lungs were full with fluid! They made me stay at the hospital for 6-7 days, they had me on oxygen tanks and mask because my lungs kept failing. I couldn’t breathe without a oxygen tube. Later I found out the my surgeon “hit my lung during my surgery with a tool” and well my surgeon didn’t state this to us but an other doctor did. I was so angry and upset that I literally wanted to point them out. My mother was also upset. My lungs are damage now and I have asthma attacks every week, I get about 4 each week or a day. I have small automatic gasps for air and pain EVERYTIME a laugh, or move a wrong way. I’m so upset

finally someone just like me seem insecurities same symptoms female too I'm 19 and I've had this for a long time and the doctor said I didn't have it when I was younger and then I know I had it and the doctor at the I have that thing you have and I have to go to the doctor I know I do but I'm scared of getting the surgery even though I need to cuz I can't really breathe and it's so painful I can't sleep

Sorry but i really have to say this.. I came across Shanney's channel a while ago, I really liked that she gave some people time on her platform to say how Euginia had effected their lifes in their ED. But.... i really didn't understand why she showed the video's from Euginia Cooney on her Channel. Yes she wanted that people didn't watch her video's on her channel so that way she would loose subscribers. But why put Euginia's video's on her channel knowing that the things she's showing is a huge trigger. If its on Euginia or Shanny's channel... i really don't get it. Is it much less triggering to watch it on Shanny's channel?. No! It's the same. Also the last bunch of video's is all about Euginia. And yes i know her intensions are good and she's helping so much people. But i wish she would make video's like she did before and don't talk about Euginia at all anymore knowing that she is a huge trigger. So don't get me wrong. I know she means good and i can tell she's a good person. She's not making any money of her video's and wants to help as much people with an ED as she can...but the way she's doing it right now i don't agree with.

Hi, I just wanted to thank you for speaking on this. You seem so genuinely kind and sweet. I’ve also struggled with an eating disorder for a while, for the same exact reason. No one really understood what I meant when I said it was because I wanted to be as small as possible, and it’s relieving that someone else understands, bittersweet because I wish no one else had to hurt like this

I think Eugenia said somewhere that she thinks journaling would make her think about things more, but maybe you can explain to her that while writing she may think about things more, but after she writes things down she may feel relief. I think my problem with journaling at first was trying to write as clear & properly as possible. Even in school, I had a problem with writing drafts of essays & papers because I was trying to everything right when it was just a draft. I guess I thought if I could do it right the first time I wouldn't have to keep writing drafts. I am not a good writer. lol. Also, Eugenia says she didn't like school, but I don't know how she feels about writing in general. Anyway, I guess with journaling I wanted to be able to look back & be able to completely understand what I wrote & what my exact thoughts were at the time. So I guess when I finally got help for my anxiety & was tired of ruminating over the same things I decided just write down w/e just to get it out & finally I trusted that most of what I wrote would be understandable enough & it doesn't have to be perfect.

Great video,I only disagreed with one thing you said that Eugenia is severely depressed.I’ve been severely depressed one time in my life and believe me you don’t have that strength and you can’t even be bothered to put a make up on, put some nice clothes together and speak to people.She might be depressed at some level but I wouldn’t call it severely depressed
