I’m a Legacy Player! My Legacy character is named Naraku Diabolos. Though, I retired him right after 2.0 launched and played a new character who later became my main job. Her name is Hayley Westenra, named after the Celtic Woman singer.

So about the management part, the process he describes is more or less industry standard in software development. He has his own tweaks and spins on it like everyone does, but the general process is pretty standard stuff. It's getting the team to gel and really do it effectively that's the challenging part. I've worked with a lot of different managers and leads, and while at a high level they all more or less do the same thing, it's about the level of care and insight and the actual execution that makes the difference. Some kind of go through the motions and give updates without really digging in to the meat of it, or asking too many or too few questions, knowing when to try to keep on task vs when to deviate when something isn't working. So the concept of what he's doing is pretty normal, but from the results I'd say he executed it exceptionally.

The one advice I'd give to you is you should just try out the main quest cause the side quests don't really matter. What I think the fans want to see is you actually playing to the part where your songs play so maybe just the main quests to speed things up.

The original creator of Final Fantasy, Hironobu Sakaguchi himself brought himself out of retirement to play, and not under an alias.

"There should be a booty tab" ONE OF US!! Seriously, characters in xiv do have kinda flat asses (unless you use certain leggings that give you a bit of a boost). I'm forever hopeful for a change on that. I'm also literally working out while watching you do that, so the workout stream... maybe? Depends on how easy it is to do in my room.
