Hey man, I'm the creator of Castlevania Revamped for the NES, ruclips.net/video/vYbmRqCXD18/видео.html&t , and saw this nice project a few years ago. After beating the game, I've had the idea to modify it as if it was an original Castlevania using your graphics and sound, with just a few tweaks here and there. After some work I consider it done. It was never distributed or shared with anyone but, if you don't mind, I'd like to make it available for the public, obviously, keeping the credits of those responsible for the first hack on the game and so on. Thanks in advance.

The game hack is very good. The graphic is ok for nes but the original castlevania has a better graphic. But the original castlevania is probably one of the nes game who have a better graphics

The hack was cool except for the last boss same graphic and music it's like they got tired of hacking kind of like other hacks as well.

I know it's a hack and it's castlevania 2 things that are not known for being easy espicially since most hacks are actually made to make a game harder, but this one doesn't look to be that bad. I have it sitting on my emulation machine so I guess I'll have to give it a try.

Hey @xXbelmontXx I found a bug in your hack. I got a game over in the first screen of the first level (intentionally) and after the first continue, all the enemies turn into the big bat boss.

I love the idea of taking the map out of the hack, cause we only need it in the original CV. the hack is way easier than the last one, thank god.stages 3, 4 and 6 were 100% enjoyable :) wonder why, but the controls felt more heavy in this one^^ keep up the good work and also the difficulty balance xD thumbs up for this one :)

I like this Hack for some of its Sprites. It is hard , i mean pretty hard for casuals. At least i played to the Grim Reaper Fight. Try out , you will not regret doing that :) and by the way, best stage is the last one.is really balanced !

Looks like a great hack :) But I would maybe look at your description again. It has been a(?) 35 years since d(CAP)racula was last killed by Simon Belmont. (Last killed?implies death is repeatable, also Dracula is 'undead') This time, a group of men with evil intents (have?)resurrected Dracula with the brutal sacrifice of a virgin. Slowly, monsters started(Past or present tense?... Have started/Are starting) creeping into the countryside and soon into the towns and villages of Transylvania. The count is alive again. Simon’s son, Daniel, sets off into the darkness to accomplish his destiny. (Destiny may be 'met' or 'fulfilled' not accomplished)

I have to say, you put a lot of work into this but this is why I hate rom hacks. Almost every single dude who makes romhacks likes to make them almost impossibly hard just to be a dick. That's what feels like when you play these hacks. This is coming from someone who has beaten the OG Castlevania's multiple times and I got up to level two with the dragon statues and medusa's and hard jumps and that's when I said "fuck this." and closed the emulator. I don't know why you guys like doing this but it just gives romhacks a negative reputation where the creator just wants to take a game and make it impossibly hard because they like I Wanna Be The Guy. This is why Chorus of Mysteries is easily the best Castlevania romhack because it changes everything and the difficulty is manageable.
