Hi David, so sorry for the delay in getting back to you but I only just saw your message now. I moved out of London a couple of years ago and I now live in Glastonbury, Somerset. My long-standing student Dominique teaches in Waterlow Park, Highgate N6 most Saturday's at 11am (on the asphalt area next to the adventure playground, close to the Highgate cemetery entrance to Waterlow Park). Feel free to turn up and mention I told you about the Qigong class. Wishing you all the very best! ☀️

Hi Cheyne, I like all of your Qigong/Taiji videos, esp. the simple ones. Who are/were your teachers? Can you recommend some reading materials on the subject of Qigong? What kind of very relaxing music is this? Is it ok to listen to meditative music while practicing Qigong? Thank you. 🙏
Dear Ge Ro, many thanks for your message and it's great to hear from you. Apologies for the delay in getting back to you but I only just saw your message now. I've been training in Qigong, Taiji etc since I was 17 years old, along with the various other related martial arts ever since. My first teacher was Murray Douglas who is a wonderful human being who studies Yang family Tai Chi. After several years with Murray I started training in Five Ancestors Fist Southern Shaolin Kung-Fu under Sifu Kim Han, and after 6 years I gained a black sash grade under the watchful eye of the late Grandmaster Chi Kim Thong. While training under Master Kim Han he invited me to train Taiji with Lin Qui Ping, who taught me 48, 42 Step empty hand forms, as well as Taiji Jian (straight sword). I attended many workshops with a number of teachers after moving out of London, including Erle Montague, Sifu Nigel Sutton, Master Tan Suo Teng (5 Ancestors), Sifu Chris Turner (Wudan Shen Quan Qigong/Cheng Man Ching Taiji). For the past 13 years or so I have been studying under my teacher Sifu Nathan Menaged (3 Currents, focusing on Liu He Ba Fa/Water Form). Sifu Nathan's teaching has had (and continues to have) a profound influence on my understanding of body mechanics and softening of the body. Sifu Nathan is based in Columbus Ohio USA (www.taichicorner.com). I will be uploading more videos to my channel throughout 2022 and the coming years. Wishing you all the very best! Cheyne ☀️
