      @@CrashBiology I would like to know where I can access materials that would better help me to understand the processes involved in the Molecular Identification of organisms like fungi, as I don't really understand what processes like barcoding, genomics and so on are. Also do you offer private classes and how much would it cost?

      @@bluejay9220 So genetic barcoding is when you've created a library of DNA sequences that can be used as a reference. Say you now have a new organism and you've isolated DNA from it, but you don't know if it is already an identified species. So you PCR it and sequence it and compare it to your library to identify it. I'm so flattered but I do not offer online tutoring as I'm already super busy with my full time job. I just make these videos on the side as a hobby. :)

      @@CrashBiology Aw your welcome! I am thinking about G-protien, signaling processes (down/up stream), and common signaling complexes in the human body. I know that might be a lot but I am struggling with wrapping my head around these basic processes. I know with some visuals and some facts here and there about how these process naturally affect the body would really help me out with my MS program. :D Also, sorry to hear your having to give up your software rights hope you can get a better program soon! <3

      The timing of somite formation will always follow what was originally specified! So they will go out of order. - Sophie

    Very clear, thank you. What are the concentrations of RA and FGF traveling in? Totally extracellular goo? What are the main molecules? Are there experiments showing that anything (like temp) could slow down or speed up the clock? If so is it by affecting the movement of RA and FGF, or the cycle time of the neg feedback loops?
