Wer hatte eigentlich die hirnverbrannte Idee, Gläser vollflächig mit dem Etikett zu verkleben??? Ich finde die Glasbehältnisse toll und würde sie gerne mit getrockneten Heilpflanzen füllen!!!! Aber das geht nicht, weil diese bescheuerten Etiketten vollflächig mit dem Glas verklebt sind!!

This is not a sauce pan it is a saucier. Two different creatures.

You "could"... you could also stir fry in a Lodge cast iron skillet if you wanted, but neither thing would be like stir frying in a proper wok. The sides of this pan are much steeper than a wok, and this is a very heavy (like 5 or 6 pounds EMPTY) and expensive (like $260) pan. You don't want to be trying to toss and shake stuff in a 6 pound pan. Demeyere makes a flat bottom wok, that's wider and lighter (a little over 3 pounds,) but it's also like $260. I've got some Atlantis and Industry pans myself and love them, but I use an induction base carbon steel wok for stir frying. The Nuwave Mosaic induction wok costs half as much as the Meyere flat bottom wok. Nothing against stainless, it's the best for certain kinds of cooking, but carbon steel is generally more appropriate for stir frying.

I have the 3.5 quart 5 plus version, love this Saucier pan.
Size from the video seems like a most well roinded pan in the kitchen. Enough to make pasta sauces for 2 People, Brown some meat of vegggies and make soup, sear fillet mignons. I reckon this is an actual everything pan.
