I guess it’s the OCD in me but I could not handle putting a patch like that even over a 2” hole with nothing else behind it like regular sheet rock. If say a kid had a friend over and was shooting pool and a ball came off the table and knocked a hole in the wall and you repaired it with one of those kits, say a month later the same kid and his friend were playing pool again and they were like yeah that hole was right here somewhere & my dad fixed it and they go poking around with their finger. I think it was right here and then their finger goes through the wall & total it out but just poking it and with that I just couldn’t handle it I would have to repair it with an old piece of sheet rock by my patch or something. I even used Bondo like you repair a dent in a car with it really works well, it’s a little harder to work, but it works really well.

This video should be called how to hang LED mirror because the installation includes hard wiring the mirror into the box. for those who came here to look how to hardwire the mirror: simply remove the light fixture, (which you will not going to need if you have a self lighting mirror) and install the mirror wiring it into the box where the light fixture used to be hardwired. Don't need to call an electrician and most definitely don't need to have a light fixture on top of the mirror, that's an absolute redundancy and I don't even think it looks good. So again, if you have a light fixture, remove it and hang your mirror after you hardwire it into the box that is now empty, because you removed the light fixture. I hope this clarifies it for some people. Also if The mirror comes with a plug instead of a wire, just cut the plug and strip the wire which will make it ready to install hard wiring it into the box

Can I install the receiver directly to an existing light switch -and- is there enough room for two receivers in one 2 gang box?

I just tried to change mine too and finally gave up after watching your video. Definitely not buying this product again.

I'm going to buy this for my kitchen because our kitchen light only has one switch by the back door but not at the entrance to the kitchen from our dining room. I've been using a similar product with some lamps that I hung on the ceiling so we don't have to walk across the kitchen in the dark to turn the light on, but the same wireless switch that controls those lamps also controls our under cabinet lights, and I want to be able to turn those on separately.

well done, the only thing I'd consider is sealing the cut edges for protection against occasional wet cleaning but perhaps the risk is low enough to not require it.

Can you guys test the O'Shine Ratchet Miter Shears next? I've looked all over RUclips for an in depth video testing that one out and you guys are very thorough with these assessments? I agree that nothing quite cuts like a miter saw, but would like to see more of these tests on other tools. Blade dullness might always be an issue with these though unless you're willing to sharpen the blades after some abuse that it takes. Blades are not cheap either.

My anti fog mirror still fogs up. I don't know why.

That thing doesn’t work. I know it’s expensive, but invest in a miter saw. U can get a Ryobi for less than $200.

How do I do it with two hot wires?

I saw a positive video for a Ridgid miter cutter. I'll buy it at Home Depot, if I have problems, I'll take it back to Home Depot.

Enhet cabinets don’t fit those rails which is dumb tbh. I had to use toggle bolts. I’d rather go on the studs.

Thanks so much for making this video! I have a mirror very similar. I ordered it from Amazon 3 weeks ago. I know how to hang a bathroom sconce light and was worried this light was going to be very different from that. Yes, I am a very basic DIY homeowner. Also, several years older than the people who already knew you can learn anything from RUclips! It does take someone who teaches skills well! That is much more difficult than all the rest!
