Thank you for your feedback. Your question is a good one - there is an area known as Olde Naples which is at & around the 'downtown' area. That puts it near the water and near Rte 41/Tamiami Trail in the area originally developed into what became the city of Naples.

Hi, thank you so much for checking out our video series about the Naples beaches! You ask great question. I thought the Clam Pass restrooms were open based on how many people were spending the day at that beach, however, I didn't actually walk into one, so I'm not 100% sure. I would suggest you check online or call the Collier County Parks & Rec department to check on availability of specific facilities.

Actually I put the link to Naples Princess in the description to my video: www.naplesprincesscruises.com That way you can see what the food offerings are - they have several different options, you can see the schedules and prices depending on which day/time tour you select. Since that can change and I wouldn't know about it, I think it's best to let you access the info directly from the folks at Naples Princess. We had hot & cold heavy hor d'oeuvres and when I booked they offered various dinner options including prime rib and beef tenderloin - depending on what day someone goes on the tour! Hope that reference helps you decide! They may periodically offer Groupon rates, too - perhaps for the afternoon cruises? Could be worth checking with Groupon, too.

Thanks for your feedback and question, William. Homeowners property insurance is something we always recommend our customers research before they put in an offer for a home. There are many variables, some of which may not pertain to a specific property/community. There may be some insurance companies that no longer write policies in Florida, yet there are a number of insurance providers that our local SWFL home insurance experts can discuss with our customers. This will be quite a generalization, as I don't know where you are in the North East . . .however, you may currently have higher property taxes and personal property taxes, along with state income tax, which might be different in Florida, whereas, it's possible you'll have more investment in homeowners insurance in FL. Definitely check with a well-regarded LOCAL Florida home insurance company early in the process.

@@TerriPNaplesHomes Terry & Rich. Thank you for your respone. I currently live in New Jersey, A townhome complex with HOA fees. The property Taxes are a bit over $9,000.00 and Property insurance is a bit over $1,000.00. We are looking to relocate to Palm Coast Florida, near San Augustine. There is a lot of growth in that area and prices seem to be comfortable. My worry is related to so many news I hear about insurance companies pulling out of Florida.

Great question! Typically the hurricane (disaster-preparedness) sales tax holiday is late May through the first week or so of June. Hope that helps!

Hi Shaloma - when we were downtown a few days ago, there was a sign on Delmar's front door saying they were opening at 4pm for dinner. They have a Facebook post from October 5th that says they're open for dinner & would honor prior reservations and take Walk-ins. . . on Oct 5th when they posted to Facebook, they didn't have phone service or internet. Their website appears to be taking reservations through Open Table . . .I don't know if the phone service has been restored yet.

It is very devastating to a number of people and businesses. What is encouraging is the resilience of people and the willingness of individuals and businesses (small and large) to come together to try to help others get through each day and work on next steps, whatever that requires. It will be a long road back for parts of SW Florida.

Unfortunately, I don't know the answer about Buzz's.

Huge damage. Most of it is gone.

People are working hard to get this sorted out . . and compared to communities to the north of Naples, most people are doing OK ... my heart goes out to those who did lose so much and have hardships . . . in Naples Park and everywhere in SW Florida. 🙏
