The rocker arm issues and weakness are true. I chose and acquired a 2020 just to be on the safe side w/extended CPO a few months ago. There is no way for you to tell if the model years between 2018-2019 had them replaced unless there is an actual record from a dealership. A bunch already happened in the U.K. with or without the tune.So if you are tuned, be extra careful when driving it like you stole it. Plus all the B9 & B9.5 platforms are prone to LSPI - basically your pistons and rings are shot.It happens when you keep launching or boosting to max before engine is up to temperature - probably due to the low viscosity of the oil recommendation. So make sure engine is up to temp before pushing the vehicle hard or spend thousands upgrading to forged pistons and upgraded rocker arms. I agree regarding the sensitivy of the pre-sense! One time my SQ5 just braked hard for no reason on the highway even without a vehicle in from of me

Have a 2018 SQ5 with 70k miles now. Has excessive oil consumption issues, a quart every 1200 miles but they say it's within spec. Now just got the car back from dealership to diagnose coolant issues. Needs a bunch of stuff replaced including motor mounts now, all totaling up to $8k. Kinda ridiculous.

Rocker arm is DEFINITELY an issue!!! New engine at 44k!!! 30 grand!!! I had an aftermarket warranty and luckily they covered it. Not to mention other issues. Will never buy another SQ5
