@vishvasdeep6100 Hi, No.Purchase Order can only be made and issued by buyer when there is a mutual agreement between both the parties (buyer and seller) regarding price and quantity of goods and services to be dealt with. The buyer will ask the price of the product from the supplier before making any purchase order to him and that PO must also be accepted by the supplier to make it a legal contract.
