I love this build! My dad and I used to have a ‘92 240 wagon. It was lowered (we cut 3 coils as well), and was on some bronze 16” wheels (work kiwami style) from a newer Volvo. The 240 is one of my favorite cars

what you can do on the pan hard adj sleeve is drill out a large bolt and slip it around the sleeve and tig it on there for quick turns instead of using a pipe wrench and marring it all up

How's the car running these days? Have you run into any issues with the throttle after the supercharger? Internet guys say the blower will get super hot when idling, but I can't really see why if the outlet is vented to atmosphere through the BOV. I have a TVS R1320 and a 16v with ITBs, so I need to know if this is a chocolate and peanut butter situation or if I should just put one throttle before the blower like a normal human being.

So weird hearing the classic b230 starter but seeing this thing. Haha

Was looking into T6 swap but I think I’m going to go in the T5 direction instead. Found an engine out of a S60R for a decent price. So thinking I’ll start there

Would it bring me more power if i supercharged my turbo b230? Havent seen any b230ft or b230fk with a supercharger

The other thing I’ve read about is rear thrust bearing or something? How do you identify that cause that has to be the same as the b230 block to fit?

All redblocks has forged cranks.

Is that k jet. I tried working with that style of engine and failed terribly how did you get it to work?

That's pretty sweet. I haven't made the jump into the modern Era of computerized engines and swaps. Just the old b16, b18, and b20 volvos so far. Keep up the good vids 👌
