Whelp, I had 6 paragraphs analyzing the world and I accidentally hit "cancel" instead of "comment". Anyway, gist is me noticing 5:17 that humans are still a thing, this is probably horrifying for them, Mr. Stitch is probably a world wide threat based in possibly unreachable locations by normal human standards, humanity probably has no idea where these things are coming from, and can't even bomb them appropriately, and shooting them may not be effective either if they don't have vitals anymore. Also mentioned the idea of how much worse it gets for humanity if Mr. Stitch works with animals like a rhino, even fortified bunkers would get ripped into, and high caliber guns would be made even less effective than before, and finally the mention of picking up scraps implies to me Mr. Stitch and even his own creations were grave robbing for a long time and established themselves in secret places long before they started using flesh. If I were to create a scale for threat level, this would be at the top in S+ for apocalypse threat level. With zombies you can usually aim for the head or easily dismember limbs, and usually there is a ground 0, with madness plagues (Like crossed) the people are still killable even if they also use weapons and spread the madness, with aliens they almost always act in ways that can get them caught. Even cataclysm grade apocalypses like meteors and such tend to give you a chance to prepare. The only saving grace would be if these creatures weren't fast or strong on average, but I don't think that's the case if their goal is "perfection." Truly a terrifying world.
