Phil Lowe, one of the UK's most experienced and respected explosives engineers, sadly passed away on 24th March 2012. The demolition of Chantrey Tower for Sheffield City Council on Sunday 29th April was one of Phil's last design jobs. It was only fitting that Dick Green, a long time coleague and friend, should say a few words in memory of Phil in the lead up to countdown. The job was a complete success. Well done big guy.
