Top of my list is privacy with incredible views. What I don't want is to 'be the view' of others!..no matter how nice the property may be. When I was house hunting and immigrating to spain' these where the top 'needs' my EA had to achieve. She found it!. But unfortunately since selling up 2 1/2 years ago, local friends have told me, that other developers have caught on to the excellent location and views and have built apartment blocks of the property. Completely blocking the views of the sea and mountains it once had. Fortunate for me as a vendor, but very unfortunate for the now owners that purchased it back then, and the value it once had, highly depreciating.

This is a hot find!! I love the whole floor plan. The pool is 🔥 only thing I don't like are the floors. For that price point the floors look cheap. But everything else 👌🏾 Im all about the floors! 😂
