I love that bedroom! It is a lot of room and I would make it into 2 rooms. However, i love the decor, it's my type for sure.

I like the fact that it's on the last floor, you chose wisely, great ceiling heights, spacious, privacy, what's not to like? I think it will also be very easy to sell if you move to another city. I lived in a tropical country so I'm immune to rain, it would work for me as well. But if I had 4 millions I would buy a castle in France, not a flat in NYC.
