Russians are overscored in there GEO, obviously they would have higher BV from quads. when people say Russians are overscored they are talking about Russians getting 5s from judges on a lutz jump that has a full foot down (rather than a toepick) and a shift of edge making it from outside to in, and a heavy amount of pre-rotation.

Doing this for 7 days Day 1: ✅ Not too bad, very little burn in my stomach but feeling good Day 2: ❌ Was really busy today so I didn’t get to do it, so I’ll be doing this two times a day, or for 8 days. Day 3: ✅ I noticed my legs had a lott of fat stored there today idk why 😢 But after working out my stomach fat just disappeared 👻 so it might’ve been bloating idk, I’m doing this workout and another workout by Nina Dapper so we’ll see Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: Day 8: Results;
fr like the russians arent just good bc they are born with it they train to exstreme standarts. I personally think they should be let back into international comp bc its not their fault that their country decided to go to war. And also great video =D

I used to do ballet as a kid, stopped when we were doing the stretch where you lay on your back and oull one leg to your face, she pushed my leg down and now my right leg is cooked
And to think that I wanted to do ballet for extra cariculame 😢
I don't understand why they do this. I've seen ballerinas have this done to them too. Its literally child abuse. Becoming flexible is not worth it. You can help children get flexible wothout forcing them and physically hurting them.

All legs are not model legs, not everyone can be a model. That's like saying everyone is a doctor or a plumber. Modelling is a profession, models work hard. They exercise 5 days a week or more with a personal trainer, they have a dietitian, they eat healthy, they stay active, and they train hard for the runway. Not everyone can be a model. Modeling is about making clothes look good. If a random ass person got on stage with clothes and walked, they would look horrible. They would be scared, they wouldn't know what to do, and they wouldn't show off the clothes. Most models are very skinny and they have rectangular bodies, they are specifically chosen for that because they fit the clothes well. Small curveless bodies are the best for modelling. You can always add padding to clothing and add more ruffles, but you can't take away natural padding. If a designer makes a design that is made for someone with a flat chest, you can't shove someone with triple D's in there. Models are like blank canvases, they are all supposed to look very similar so you can paint them with clothing. If you have a wonky canvas, your painting won't look good. Just like with models. The clothes are not made to fit a specific person. Models must be in a specific measurement range because the clothes are made to fit that measurement. If they are too big, they can't add fabric to the clothing before the show. If you are too small, they can easily take in the fabric. It's a lot easier to take it in. Modelling is a profession you clearly do not know anything about.
