Quick video using AST hammer nut in action to knock tie rod free from knuckle. It's a nut with a divet in the middle that allows the use of air hammer to separate ball joints, tie rods, ect.

Honda Tech Tool Cart Tour
Nah, never working at a place that doesn't allow me to use the tools and box that I signed my life away for... there's no freedom in that.
Excelente trabajo! 👍🏻🚗
Gracias por compartir 👍🏻🚗
Gracias por compartir su conocimiento y arte de reparar coches! 🚗 👍🏻 🙏🏻
You were talking about the Jesus pliers from harbor freight have you checked out the tekton complete line on the pliers i bought a i believe 9 1/2 inch long handles i had like $23 in rewards for the website and i got the pliers and honestly and this is coming from a big fan of channel lock pliers I've owned several different sets of them that pair of tekton pliers is impressive they are built really well and made in the USA, and as far as your craftsman USA made pry bar set, hyper tough and Menards master force and the Mayhew i believe that is the dominator series are all the same pry bar set all are made by Mayhew.
Hey man totally random question. I own two v6 hondas 11 accord and 07 ridgeline I have no idea if they have ever had a valve adjustment they run perfectly and I take really good care of them. Are there symptoms for needed a valve adjustment? I have come across many honda owners with very high mileage on their engines most well over 230k miles and most of these owners have never had a valve adjustment and they have been perfectly fine so I guess I'm just trying to understand how some owners make it so far without one and if I need one ?
Are the batteries any different between fuel and non-fuel or is the difference only in the tool itself?
The difference is just the tool, the fuel version uses a brushless motor. Same batteries
@@andreyillnips7550 thank you
The only problem with having a stacked cart with no wasted space is once its full it hardly moves. You definitely don't want to roll it around all day. I have a blue point 3 drawer with a top lid and the wheels feel like they're gonna snap going over a zip tie. I'm thinking of welding some cross braces or some adjustable cables like a steel structure. I can't afford a new box suitable for like 5k in tools, haven't found a solution yet.
SWEET CART👍👍👍
They supplied your tool box? If so that awesome
1 minute in, damn dude. hate on it.
You versus the guy she says not worry about.
Where did you get the organization grid ??
what is t he valve clearance adjustment spec for honda hrv 2020
I left Honda about two years ago. I wouldn't know of the top of my head. Sorry
darn i see thanks @@techt-bone4337
both are equally junk
Is that…POWER STEERING STOP LEAK?!
What are the magnetic strips called that you hang stuff on and where can I get them?
Vim magrails. Get them at Vim tools online
Great video bro, I like how you not only showed us what you have buy you also told us what application you use them for on Hondas.
What sockets sets would you recommend getting for 2010 Acura tl ?
Harbor freight Pittsburgh Pro CrMo impact sockets work well for the money. If you're working on cars for a living then some tool truck sockets might suit you better. I now use Milwaukee impact sockets just because they have ink filled numbering and are easier to identify.
That’s what she said
Wow well organized very nice setup.
Power steering fluid
No way they put atf 💀💀💀
Lovely set up. Can you do your man box in landscape.
I always remove the paddles on these ratchets and just use the button underneath. This way I don’t snag on wires and hoses.
U won’t snag on them regardless, just use common sense.

Hondas are great to work on very limited tools needed, hardly ever needed to go to my main toolbox, 99% of the work could b e done from the cart. Best car company if you r on flat rate, Ave over 10 hrs per day nice box and understand the set points on torque wrenches, be efficient
What vacuum bleeder are you using? I like the hose elbow fitment. 👌
MityVac.
This is the most efficient cart I have seen on RUclips. You obviously weren’t afraid to tweak it to perfection over time. I’m taking notes and cleaning mine out this weekend
antifreeze/water
So I’m a B tech from Nissan (5 years) who is looking to switch to Honda. I’m really nervous bout the brand change but any insight you can give me on the brand? Seems like Hondas are more maintenance than the headaches and heavy lifting techs deal with at Nissan.
Even though I’m a DIYer, I’d like to splurge on the fuel.
Where did you get those long magnet rails that you have your torx bits on? I kinda like them.
It looks like FUEL version vs Non-FUEL... so, brushed vs brushless motor. Cost way different as well. This is Apple and Orange comparison to me.
There's always one of these comments on these videos saying why the comparison isn't 1:1. Not sure what brought you to this video in the first place. These videos are for people like me who aren't sure if they want an apple or an orange.
@@xerbersucker69 wasn't searching for this video, it came up automatically when swiping in shorts vid
It’s a comparison between old and new version of a product. Makes perfect sense. When the old product now costs only half the price it might make sense for you to get the old one.
such an awesome set up. Definitely taking some notes, im new to the trade.
Starting as a tier2 tech at a dealer in two weeks. Your my study material 😁😅
Automatic transmission fluid!😲
Thanks. How controllable is the variable speed. Looks like it would be easy to strip out small fasteners if running them in fast
You can vary the speed pretty good. Use it for small stuff all the time.
@@techt-bone4337 thanks I ended purchasing the brushed and fuel. One for home shop the other for work. Should have bought years ago. Lol
This helps cause i drive honda civic. Now i know what tools i need and dont need
Really nice setup. Great stuff . 👏
Love the set up dude. Great video, keep them coming. Showing support
Honda tech let’s go i my self is a Honda tech
To me, it doesn't seem that you would need a larger tool box given your optimization of this roll cart. I'm not sure what else I would need to successfully flag except what is in this tool box. Do you think I would need more tools than this to successfully flag? Maybe a separate smaller toolbox to keep my power tools in?
I think all you to add is a serpentine belt tool to help with services. Awesome set up tho.
I had one top drawer of my toolbox. No longer with Honda anymore and no longer do drive belts.
@@techt-bone4337 yes I just subscribed and saw it on your toolbox tour.
Those Snap-On double box ends are one of the best tool purchases I've ever made. I still use them all the time even though I'm just a diy guy now.
Because they're straight. Why snap on don't make a set of straight regular wrenches is beyond me, they could sell millions. They almost never slip even when hit with a sledge hammer, you can even put a 2 ton jack under one if needs be!
What brand are the Mag strips on the inside lid? - Thanks
Is there a brand name on those toolboxes?
rousseau
@@techt-bone4337 Canadian?
Believe so

please don’t tell me you torque your filters. filters go on hand tight, this just makes it harder for the next guy. honda needs to discontinue that tool from the program
No I never used it for that. Used it for many other things that were at or around 16ftlbs. No longer work for Honda though.

For the sockets and pliers I used tool grid. You can get it online or through matco and Cornwell dealers
