damn your JL must be awful lol. This MoC is literally built around Break effect, something Xueyi with Ruan Mei does execptionally well. My JL may not take full advantage of the MoC conditions, but she's definitely still dealing similar if not more damage than this E6 Xueyi

yes, instead of getting the full set bonus, i opted to use the relics with better substats for better crit in general, which is more valuable then a set bonus.

U can get both if ur a monthly pass spender actually

@@rikyoktapandi1016 My 70/170 Seele can't one shot swarm spawns with skill, so it's a little bit of waste everytime and I'm not properly using talent because of that. Her ultimate is hitting 70k with crit. Meanwhile Xueyi is hitting multiple targets, do the follow up attack and synergize well with Ruan Mei.

@@TheRaideros that is suprisingly low compare to my seele she with 3.1 attack, 93/160 hit 80k normal but with Fu,bronya n sw she hit 200k plus everytime

She’s a 4 star, HYV won’t make another QQ. I’m actually surprised that she can do ok damage, even if it’s highly conditional, like you correctly pointed out. Looking at Genshin, practically all (dps) 4 stars nowadays are literal trash. I’m afraid HSR won’t be different.

@@leedevee Same, i literally dropped playing Genshin after so many 4stars is trash. My wallet can't keep up with the 5stars lol. Last time played on Raiden Mei first banner.

I think its decent. Its MoC 12 afterall, it has lot hp.

@@leedevee Anything that aligns with frontload damage. (4* QQ, Bronya's easy 100% turn advance). The devs know now it's a mistake to give that kind of access as it's really powerful.

Tbh this isn't really an optimal showcase either. My Xeuyi isn't even fully built yet and mine hits harder. I still got quite a few of the traces still to do. I just 10/10/10 RM today so all my resources will now be going into xeuyi.

120 wishes not a single Xeuyi. I even farmed her mats and everything. I got Ruan at pity and pushed further 40 pulls I got QQ twice off banner and not Xeuyi.

if you mean xueyi then yes, she has only 6 max karma stacks so she is e6.

RECOMMENDED ENDGAME STATS HP: 2500+ DEF: 900+ CRIT RATE: 60%+ CRIT DMG: 140%+ Break Effect: 100%-150%+ SPD: 134 She is hybrid you can build her like a normal dps with crit and crit damage to abuse ult and follow up damage or full break with enough crit to double break damage

@@Vindenci Yeye I wanted to know the stats of the xueyi in the video specifically because, lets be honest, a seele with the same team would do 3x the damage. The question is if shes really worth building.

@@epicadventureturtle1363 i have both built and seele is better damage wise, xueyi can be used as flex subdps more comfortably tho, she's not really worth building if you want to progress and/or you're struggling but she's fun and looks cool thats why i decided to build her B)

My break effect is only 80.4%! my Xueyi is not built very well just keep that in mind! she’s on 2 pc quantum 2pc attack with Space station ornaments, Crit Rate, Spd, Quantum Bonus, and Break effect. there’s still a LOT of room for improvement!:)

Yeah imo it's kinda weird how they're pushing preservation-centric units (by that I mean literal one-shots). This kinda makes abundance Units obsolete

More like they push this Persevation or abundance that can attack the enemies so you cam break their shield more easy. Thats my problem with Huo Huo, while sure she has huge healing celling, many clense, and give energy. She kinda bad for breaking shield if you wanna compare it to fu xuan or luocha that have attacking burst to reduce enemies toughness bar.
