Nothing to take way from this man and what he has build. A salute. However, For all those idiots who blindly believe what Mr. Velumani says, you might want to reconsider and do your own research. Whenever a company gets exited, there is long and deep due diligence process involved. Secondly, he simply cannot say the valuation as 1200 crores and he gets the deal finished in 100 mins and he gets a cheque for 350 crores. All these are dramas. As a person, who has involved in investment banking and the know how of how these things work. He is exaggerating a lot. Valuation of a company is not solely decided on business, things like the invdividual interests, are majorly considered etc. There will be kickbacks and bribes that will be channeled in white module ways. Pharmeasy which bought Thyrocare has Ambani interests. Its not that easy as you think to fool and manipulate Ambani. Mr Velumani post his exit is finding time to keep away from his loneliness and helping the entrepreneurs. These days he is just playing to the galleries.
