It was activated through US Cellular before CDMA was shut down. Unfortunately CDMA networks pretty much don’t exist anymore as all major carriers shut it off (unless you live in a local carrier area which most likely not since how small they are).

@@DG599 oh lol I wasn't expecting a reply this early, but it is, actually. The soundfont is the same as MIDI files. It might not be a MIDI file, but it was definitely converted from one.
