I love Rolfing. I've had the 10 series (3) times. Each time was in response to trauma, and at 53 I live pain free. In regards to adding weight to your clients, I took up rucking during Covid shutdowns, and not only did/does it have profound fitness benefits, but it also magnified my ability to have quiet feet. I've always focused on walking or running as quietly as possible, (a lateral flow vs "up and down", but I digress.). Good stream, thank you.
