Does it have to be pressure treated, or just treated? I've read that pressure treating is for outside things, not actual structures of the house. This is a real question. I hope someone sees it 🙏🏽
Is there more to come?? You're not wrong, but there's more to it. I'm not even a builder but have repairs to make. You need pressure treated, a sill plate sealer, and the sillplate needs to be anchored to the concrete slab.
Also supposed to have a foam barrier mounted to bottom of sill plate And for those that don’t or haven’t framed Walls especially exterior walls ask before you build! Js
That treated lumber will be slick in winter.
You knew you needed a step when you formed the concrete up.
What are you using to screw into the concrete?
Tap Con concrete screw anchors

When you have the right tools, things are so much easier! (and faster!)
Nice gate and fence. Now, install 8 foot tall vent pipes on your fuel tanks before you blow yourself up.
Handsome gates. Clean work. 👍
Thank you very much!
Great control no metal slamming and piled high to the sky. Taking care of the equipment is a real flex .
Yes he is very skilled
