great video, as a former d2 player myself i love seeing other former players producing content Also, not sure if you do this but I realized that i had to check/set the pass protection EVERY PLAY, it's been many times the game's default blocking scheme is just flat out wrong

Yeahhh the QB AI in this game is trash ngl. It really shows when you’re playing on a higher difficulty. Your QB ratings don’t matter. I had a higher overall rating QB and in the first 4 games he threw 20 interceptions. What happened to you against Sam Houston, happened to me against Texas. They scored most of their points from pick-6s. They ended the game with almost 60 points.

guys i’ll tell you why the computer quarterback throws so many picks (when trying to pass to the user receiver) especially when you cut. the throw trajectory will be based on your last directional input as he throws the ball, but his decision to throw it to you was based on a previous directional input. for example, if you wanted to hit a drag route, but as you’re rotating the left stick from 12 o’clock to 3 o’clock, the ai qb calculates that you would be open if you continued running with the left stick at 1 o’clock (more of a post/slant route) he will decide to throw it to you, but your last directional input that completes the drag route will cause the throw to be placed in a different area than the qb originally was going to and he may end up getting locked in to throwing a pick

Hey this just saying this no hate but when you edit your face and voice cam to the game play your taking a lot of it before it happens so I know it's hard but maybe try timing them up better

I think the qb cpu is throwing a ton of picks cuz he got low awareness but i'm not an expert so idk🤷
