Don't listen to these BrOs, they think that a human beings value lies in abs, glutes, chests and legs. Get out of here with that mess. Just take care of yourself with good eating habits and Whole Foods. Avoid processed, canned, bagged, boxed foods and do work out but don't get obsessed with your body, it is not the fundemental thing to what makes a good human being. As a matter of fact, allot of these people that are completely obsessed with their physic tend to have other mental issues ( low self esteem ), so they try to compensate by having people focus on their bodies instead of who they are as a whole. I guess, what im saying is don't allow anyone outside yourself to dictate how you feel about yourself. Gaslighting you into thinking you're not worthy. It's all a bunch of nonsense. These brotato chips all they do all day is workout, it's an addiction. The human body isn't normally the way these bros say it's suppose to be. With that said, don't fall for it neither. All they want is your money. So they hit people in areas where they are most emotionally vulnerable. Don't believe the hype. Just take care of yourself and live a healthy lifestyle. You're not suppose to look like Thanos, it is not normal. Work on your personality, your carisma , and being a good caring human being and you will find you happy place....
