Nice video. Yes, that lounge looks horrible. So it will be Cathay Pacific lounge when I next fly this route /oneworld sapphire. Bit lazy, though, to serve everything on one tray on a 4 hours flight. On the other hand it's quicker... Turkish doesn't do that, incredible business class offerings even on a two hours flight. Always feel sorry for the attendant/s...l With JAL maybe it's also a cultural thing (not lazy 😂) as in Bento box....

Such a shame that Cathay no longer fly to LGW :( Flew this route several times when they returned to Gatwick in 2016, much preferred flying from the South Terminal over Heathrow Terminal 3.

10:45 JAL should upgrade the amenity kit, it's too cheap for business class.

I flew this route a few months ago in F. I had caviar, sea ​​urchin and 2 bottles of Salon champagne. Service was good but the amenity kit looked cheap (compared to Emirates or SIA).

Personally I have to disagree about avoiding A321LR for transatlantic flights. I always fly in one of the throne seats and at 6foot I have never had an issue. This is my plane of choice when flying from the US to Dublin. The food is great same with service. I agree with the others that your video is very misleading.

Fly this plane in First a few time, Cathay is nice but need to up their game, this seat is almost 10 year old, Japan and ANA already update their FIRST and Business cabins
