Great video! Can add this feature to a sam4s NR-510F..? I don't need it to be quite so complicated. I run a simple coffee shop where they pay when they order. But it would be great to be able to add 'Table 1' to the top of the receipt, so we have the complete order and where they're sat all on the receipt. We can then make the drinks and cross check against the receipt to make sure we don't forget anything!!? Thanks guys!

I have all my PLU's programmed, but is there a way, please, to shrink the size of the font on the digital display when you press the PLU. The text is so big that the entire item description can't be seen on the display. Many thanks in advance.

hello, is it possible to change the Number to which a PLU is assigned to? For example, a PLU assigned to the number 1 gets directly changed with a PLU assigned to the number 4 aka they swap positions. A PLU on position 4 swapped with one on 1.

Mine cant enter tax rate mode for some reason

Hi, I have a er-900 series at my liquor store and I took off the "Liquor" and "Beer" buttons to clean them because they were sticking. However, when I put them back on, they no longer function properly. They beep when I push them, but nothing happens. Normally, for a ten dollar bottle of vodka, I'd type in 10.00 and push liquor, and "10.00 Liquor" would pop up on screen, same for beer. Now though, it just beeps when I push it but the register acts as though nothing changed. It is only the two buttons I took off to clean. Can you please tell me how to fix this? It's like they lost their programming

This is very helpful, but I have the SAM4s 320 and the PLU's are grouped together on just four keys: 1/5, 2/6, 3/7, and 4/8. I have programmed up to number 4 but do not know how to access 5, 6, 7, and 8. I have tried using the shift button but that does not do it. Can you help?

So we use the ER-915 and the journal take up motor not working but in the manual it says the function to turn off and on is only for the ER-940/945. Should I still try this or just order a new motor for it? Its a older 915 with raised key model

Hi on the NR-500 I have a Template which shows a RCPT ON/FF button is it possible to program this button to turn receipt on or off for individual transactions rather than on or off for all by the Program menu ?

Why does the average $/cust adds to the turnover? As in lets say my sales were 228 and then the avg$/customer is 114 so shows 337€ which is just a little vit confusing.

Is it possible to reprint the journal for a set time? Journal paper often gets jammed by user loading error, thus losing hours of activity.
