Give him prednisolone pills. It s the best for cannine distemper. 2-3 times per day.(ask from your vet.) It was the best cure i found. Also neurobeaon tablets with vitamin b. If you treat with these two medications with in first two weeks. You might have a hope.I was able to cure 2 of my puppies.
Was your dog unable to walk during this? My dog just did this for the first time, but she was sitting and wasn't paralyzed. She is a golden retriever. I'm all over RUclips trying to see what other people say! 😩😩 she is 4 years old

Hi- I replied re: canine jaw cancer... however- a friends dog just had this and it was still related to the jaw but it wasn't cancer. Vet said it isn't painful just annoying to the dog. Get him to the vet

There’s no single treatment plan that can work for all cases. No direct antiviral medicine is available. It will take some time for symptoms to resolve. Please contact nearest veterinary hospital for treatment

Dog behaviour caused by a condition related to liver/kidney failure... basically a buildup of toxin in the bloodstream, gets into the brain, and the dog feels the urge to walk in circles aimlessly, for hours in a confused state ("doggie demetia") plus lack of paws/leg coordination

Yes it’s fatal my dog had the same pulse in her head then died a couple hours later she was only a year

No specific treatment is available and only symptomatic treatment is given but a complete cure and halt in the progression are not always noticed. Vaccination of puppies should be done to prevent distemper infection.

Sadly neurologic signs in distemper infected dogs are typically progressive. Sometimes intermittent recovery with chronic relapsing neurologic deterioration is noticed. Prevention is better than cure to avoid such cases. Vaccination of puppies will prevent infection.

Did your dog over twiching ? my dogs has the same problems... its legs keep twitching for most of the day...
How it can be cured?
Myoclonus in CD-infected dogs is generally untreatable and irreversible. Although with treatment, the severity of muscle contraction may lessen but sadly complete elimination may not occur. Vaccination may surely prevent dog from catching CD infection
@@rakeshdevisengar3301 Vaccination of dogs should be done to prevent infection of canine distemper in dogs. As far as the cure is concerned, symptomatic treatment may be tried under the supervision of a veterinarian but the complete cure may not occur rather sometimes progressive multifocal encephalitis develops leading to tetraplegia and coma.
