Dry Fruit Mawa Modak Recipe | Try this modak without khoya in Just 10 minutes
Dry Fruit Mawa Modak
Ingredients :
Milk: ½ cup
Milk Powder: 1 cup
Dry Fruit Powder: 1 Cup
Sugar Powder:½ Cup
Ghee: 2 tsp
Kesar: 8-10 string
Cardamom Powder: ½ tsp
Method :
1. In a pan add ghee. Then add milk and milk powder in it. Mix it well. After that add sugar powder and dry fruit powder. Mix it well. Cook it on a medium flame until the mixture becomes little thick.Then add kesar milk and cardamom powder. Mix it well. Cook it until the mixture leaves the pan sides and becomes like a dough. Then switch off gas and transfer it into plate. Let it cool down for 10-15 minutes.
2. Grease the modak mould with ghee. Then fill the modak mixture in the mould. Then demould it. Here your Dry Fruits Mawa Mo...

Hello . Ye jo measurement btai hai wo kitne bndo ke liye hai ? Sugar ko b aise boil krskte aur usi me ilachi powder mila skte h ? Mai jo bnata tha wo ye nhi lgta 😂 is trah se subah try krenge .
You can serve it 4-5 person yes sugar ko aise lukewarm warm water mai karke add karsakte ho.
