Beautiful episode, as a church leader this was very encouraging and revealing by how serious the need to take serious not only the hurt but the healing process Jesus gives us. He truly does love us to give us His model for reconciliation in teaching and in His ministry. Buying the book!

My mom was a cage manager in the largest, most lucrative flagship casino in Biloxi, MS called the Beau Rivage. The cage, if you're unfamiliar with casinos, is the area with all the bars and windows where you cash out your chips (if you have any left). The casino is owned by MGM, one of the most corrupt and sickening companies in America today and possibly the world. My mom gave 24 years of her life to that company. Started in Vegas and opened the Beau in Biloxi in '99. Worked her way from a simple cashier to supervisor to assistant manager to assistant cage manager, and at her pinnacle was the Cage Manager, period. Top dog. MGM put the Beau Rivage under new management in 2019 and what was the first thing they did in their tenure? Laid off all the supervisors, managers department heads and directors. CASINO WIDE. All the people who "made too much money". Forget the quarter of a doggone century they committed to building your corrupt company. They make too much, get rid of them. Over 1,000 people lost their jobs in one fell swoop. I vicariously learned a lesson through my mother that day. Never, EVER let another man determine your worth or what you are to be esteemed as. God assigns your position, rank, salary, team, etc. Don't ever let another person make you dependent on them for a living. Depend on the Lord and Him alone and your path will be well lit. I caught a lot of flack for using a triquetra on the cover of my Christian book. I got told it's a pagan symbol. I reminded them that the early Celtic christians used it to symbolize the trinity. Look up "Celtic cross". Celtic people literally call it a trinity knot. I used a burning triquetra to symbolize our baptism of fire. That is something every christian needs to go through. Trials and tribulation, that's what I baptism of fire is. When the Holy Spirit leads os through the valley, that's when our baptism of fire occurs.

I grew up poor, white trailer trash. As a kid, I used to get up in the wee hours of the morning, to watch my neighbor across the street deal meth. He went to jail for it, came back and went right back to doing it. It was common to hear that a trailer down the street had blown up, because it was a meth lab. Hearing other people's experience with drugs and the police, is what made racism real for me. Because that was never my experience. The police would ride through the neighborhood, yeah, but there was never any violence because of it. The only reason I knew I was protected from that experience, was because of the color of my skin. And that is what broke my heart. I saw my story in theirs, and realized what it experientially meant. Yes, empathy. We need more empathy.

Thank you for this discussion. It pointed out that just because you are anti-abortion, doesn't mean you are pro-life. I would like to challenge you even further, my brothers. Just because someone is pro-choice, doesn't mean they are pro-abortion. There are situations where having an abortion is the correct choice. 1) ectopic pregnancies. KB, I've heard you reference that in an episode in the past, so I know you know what I'm talking about. My point is this, the only thing making abortion illegal accomplishes, is push the topic of abortion underground, into the darkness, where the enemy controls the narrative. Making it legal brings it into the light, where women can openly talk about it, and make their own decision, with all the facts. I would also like to point out that orthodox jews, are pro-choice. That should hold some weight. The people in charge of preserving the word of God, don't have a problem being pro-choice. If you take "turn the other cheek" as "be a doormat", I promise, you will become just that. You will attract abuse and disrespect, until you become isolated/backed into a corner, just like the enemy wants. He wants to catch you out of character. Fellowship is how we combat that. When we surround ourselves with people ready to go to bat for us, we are protected by the body of Christ, quite literally. We are never alone, but the enemy would love to convince us we are. Personal example/story time! My ex-husband was abusive. He hit me regularly. We got divorced. I wrote a book about it. I have no idea how he found out, but right before I published, he reached out on Facebook. He threatened to sue. Long story short, he ended up admitting he hit me, by telling me I was "asking for it". Instablock. Took a screenshot and sent it to the police, his mother, and the pastor that officiated our wedding. My appeal to the police, was for a restraining order. My appeal to his parents, was to not financially back a lawsuit (because the only way he could've afforded it, was if they paid for it). My appeal to the pastor was 1 Corinthians 6:1-11. It worked. My book publishing went off without a hitch, and I haven't heard from my ex-husband since. My prayer for him now, is that he is surrounded by strong brothers in the Lord, to bring him to repentance.

The Bible is a Book By Isrealites and for Isrealites all these other Heathen are not included in the promise. The Covenant was with The Most High and Jacob there was no Claus in that Covenant to include any other Nation. No one can add or take away from the Covenant.

This makes no sense because Israelites were scattered throughout the lands at the crucifixion… Israelites were not Christians. Christianity was birthed out of Roman Catholicism not the Way of the Messiah. I don’t place a label on my beliefs other than I believe Torah is foundational and the Son walked it out to show us that was the path!

I don’t comment often…but I don’t find this strange that the Lord was speaking to me while driving, that He is training me in the mundane. That was Dec 7, 2023. I pray that no one who listens to this, thinks in anyway, you both are diminishing the place the local church has in one’s responsibility. But that you all are encouraging the listener to be well rounded! Unfortunately, the church has nursed entitled and running believers. Afraid to be light in a dark world. Yes something is off here. Your understanding! This makes me sooo sad. You let them people tell you what to believe and you don't allow yourself to think outside of that. The book says what it says and clearly you couldn't have read it and consumed the actual contents. We're the dry bones that was prophesied to get up in the end times and you missed it. You missed a real huge part of prophecy due to religion and its false doctrine. SMH Yah's people are not Christians! His people are ISRAEL and those who cling to ISRAEL. I'm a Juvenile Detention officer for the state of Florida. Every single day, consistently, the young men in our facility see me with a Bible. When they're in class, I'm sitting in the back with a Bible. When they're on their own time, I'm sitting somewhere with a Bible. A lot of the times, I'll be sitting with them, playing cards and I'll just have an open Bible next to me, somewhere immediately in the area. Because of this day to day consistency, some of them have come up to me with questions about God and the Bible. Consistency with God breeds genuine curiosity for those who might really want to know who God is. But it's a daily grind. They didn't come to me because I have that Bible two or three times a week. They came to me because I have it every single day they see me at work. CONSISTENCY. Work ministry is crucial inside the prison systems, juvenile or adult. One thing I've found during my work ministry is that a lot of these young men (ages average between 15 and 18), they were yearning for answers about God but didn't know how to find them or who to ask. When I showed that I was open to talking about the Lord, it was like they were hooked in conversation. They had been waiting for it. I praise God for you anointed brothers in Christ and the work that you do! God is good! #HGA

Politically, I do disagree with you guys. However, I do think it’s important not to choose a party. But to pray for all of our leaders and ask God who we should support with our votes. The Bible tells us to pray for them which would help them out tremendously.
