@Stefonewheel , from NC, yeah I ride that's why I don't fly as much now, plus getting swarmed by police for flying quite a few times in public areas.

also while it will hurt absolutely no-one, you may get in trouble if you fly it above high speed roads like at 5:13. an example of this could be phillydronelife's saga, although he did this in a much more dangerous manner and refused to stop doing it after the federal aviation administration warned him multiple times. lawsuit is for some 150 k dollars i think, and it's currently ongoing. in such a case, the uploaded video may be used against you as evidence. from what i gather they don't go for people who do it once or twice, rather for habitual offenders and those with a large audience

be careful around flight restricted zones lest your drone just attempt to land straight into the water. the storror guys lost a dji drone like that. pretty daft of the company to program them like that, although i have no idea whether this is also true for this exact model, as theirs was an older one
