Just imagine if Corky, Ulises, Orkid, Ikaika, Kalia, Keet, Shouka, and Makani from Seaworld San Diego, Makaio, Malia, Trua, Katina, and Nalani from Seaworld Orlando, and, Kyuquot, Takara, Sakari, Tuar, and Kamea from Seaworld San Antonio, all of these orcas meeting Keiko. They would all love him and feel inspired by Keiko. Keiko would be a hero to Corky, Ulises, Orkid, Ikaika, Kalia, Keet, Shouka, Makani, Makaio, Malia, Trua, Katina, Nalani, Kyuquot, Takara, Sakari, Tuar, and Kamea.

Keiko is most assuredly suffering Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Of course he remembers with a brain six times larger than a human brain. Coupled with the multitude of spectators, sirens, crowds chanting and cheering adding to the stress of poor Keiko. Not to mention making Keiko perform a last show even though it was known of his ailing health. Humans selfish to core.

I just wish human beings could leave nature to be in nature. Unfortunately now this is how Orcas in captivity have to go about being released, and one has still yet to make it back into the ocean. Just let nature be in nature and leave it alone. Watch from afar if you like.

I stopped visiting Sea World, Bush Gardens and any type of Zoos in the hope they get shut down. I hope the same for Disney world. Until they start paying those hard working men and women in the park, I won’t set foot in Disney world

Free ORCA back from to his family in the Wild

It’s like keiko KNEW that he was possibly about to be reunited with his family..calling them out or allowing us to study his language to hopefully find his family for him. They really are amazingly intelligent.. It’s just so sad how he died and died alone. Never able to find his true family again & getting rejected by his own kind.. I don’t think keikos journey was a waste though. He finally got to experience his natural habitat again, he gained weight, & seemed happier than he had ever been.. and we were able to learn & grow from this experience as people.

They should have brought his dolphin friends

Before people put whales in captivity, they actually tortured whales and celebrated their slow, painful deaths. Now the wild whales are endangered and the captive whales are soon to be a memory.

Still love watching the films great work to marina staff now he is no more ❤

We did this whale terribly. We took him away from his family, held him captive for years, then tried to bring him back to the wild. People were the only ones he felt comfortable socializing with and people started ignoring him, hoping he'd join a pod. Imagine how alone this poor guy felt. He felt like neither humans nor orcas wanted anything to do with him. We should be ashamed of ourselves for still allowing folks to do this to intelligent animals like orcas and other species of dolphins, monkeys, apes, and certain species of birds that can be highly intelligent. Folks should leave animals alone. We dont need to step in to "save" them or none of that either. If they go extinct, let them do it in the wild among their own kind. We're not god and have no business messing with animals like that. Its sickening and stresses me out. I just dont get it.

Y'ALL NEED TO WATCH "BLACKFISH", AND AFTER THAT YOU TELL ME WHAT YOU FEEL ABOUT ORCAS.

Why they are not saying that Keiko NEVER WAS WELL RECEIVED BY ANY PODS! THAT KEIKO WAS FOUND DEAD, ALONE!

It wasn’t fate who changed Keiko’s life, it was greed! Greedy bast@rds who lacked any emotional intelligence or plain old intelligence at all! Shame on every person who contributed to it and shame on any adult who bought tickets for any of the shows and contributed for this industry become a sensation. Shame on America for this industry becoming what it is, a torture for innocent living beings who can’t fend for themselves against brainless greedy or ignorant humans.

Him watching the orcas on the tv shows how incredibly smart these animals are.

When he arrived to his new home…. People forget… HE WAS STILL ALL ALONE!

All schools should have their students write letters to sea world and wherever orcas are being held.
