Morgan’s Tarot was the first deck I bought myself (having previously been gifted an Aquarian Tarot). The original indie 1970 deck didn’t come with any meanings. Working with it helped me develop my intuition and taught me how to interpret cards together. I still have that deck - it sits out on my desk all the time. I don’t think I’d still be reading cards 40+ years later if this deck hadn’t found me. I don’t personally pair it with other decks, but I ❤how you recognised and interpreted the connections in these card pulls.

I bought this deck for the art, and I couldn’t put it down because it reads so well. It’s one of my favorite reading decks. I love it! You shared so much, thank you. I had my deck with me as I watched you walk through and found even more symbols I hadn’t seen even though I’ve been working with it for quite a while now. Did you just purchase yours from the creator? I don’t see them on his website. I’d love a back-up copy of this deck.

Oh my. I did NOT like this deck. It felt so disjointed, WAY too busy and the illustrations just felt so harsh. However, as usual, I loved your insights and how you viewed the cards 😊 I look forward to hearing how you get on with it ❤

Your point was made well. I feel very encouraged to try "proper" journalling. I often just note the card pulls in my calender, sometimes I type something in a word file, or on a piece of paper that ends up somewhere.... and I never have everything in one place, and then a time comes where I don't even know anymore what that was and when and why, and I just delete/ throw it away, and many good ideas or thoughts vanish with it. What kept me from keeping a proper journal was, that I always see those beautifully decorated journals, with cleverly thought through tables and trackers and charts, and collaged pages, and I adore them! Personally, at least for the time being, I'm not capable to do that, because perfectionistic aestetic ideals and expectations towards the finished "product"vs real life talent (not only the design or artistic realisation, but it's already starting with my messy handwriting) ... but hey, a heart here , a bit of washi tape there - I can do that! Maybe I should just embrace my journal having a "messy chique" aestetics. Because I'm not gonna sell or gift it to anybody, so I can totally prioritize the value of the journalling process over the looks of the thing.
