I recently got hit by a car and they broke my wrist needed something like this for graphic design and gaming. Slowly been going insane not designing or gaming. Thank you for posting actual usage and gameplay as Azeron or people haven’t. Any problems since with it since your love/hate video.

i owned one and it broke so much its great Idea i feel it poorly made...

do you happen to have any macros set on it and can you try a loadout thats on the the commity presets i think them have some for some games i aint sure though i just ordered me one im hoping i like it and have you been able to get it fixed yet

Man, I have two hands and I want one kinda bad, and they definitely should make it for handicapped people, to be honest I thought that’s what it’s for. I’ll wait until they upgrade the quality though and keep checking you for updates. If you ever get fed up with it disect it for us so we can see the hardware and design. If not upload some gameplay. 😎

I love my Azeron Cyborg (the gamepad they sell) and I've talked to a few of thier employees and they are really cool people but I'm not going to defend them on this. The problems you are having really suck. They need to do better!

Can't you switch out the joystick from the new one to the old one before you send it back? The old one's joystick worked right? Think it's just a single screw and then the connector to the board. Then totally get you about quality. I was really close to buying one but looked up the components they used and they could do a lot better at this price point imo. And regarding 3D printing, they use the very entry level of 3D printing, FDM. And I'm pretty sure they use PLA for material. It's cheap and they can easily switch colour so that it can be customized. For what they set out to do they didn't really pick the wrong materials of processes, looks more like design flaws. Could be fixed for a future new version perhaps? I would personally want them to scrap the colour customization entirely, have it come in black or white, add RGB details and then have the printed parts in SLS nylon. More expensive for sure but then it can take some punishment.

Explain the can of goya beans? Are you using the can of Goya beans to put screws and stuff in there? XD

My elite controller had a similar issue with the D pad. It seems the connection between the button and the software is weak. There is a conductive tape that can either dry out or go bad. If you have factory reset the software and make sure the buttons are not sticking from dirt then i bet its the conduction between the button and software. I find it hard to believe this company is charging hundreds of dollars for a product and they wouldnt know what the issue is. They should replace it, since they cant figure out the issue. You need to provide video of what is happening. I hope this has been fixed since the video is 6 months old.

Instead of all those rigged mice, controllers, just buy a foot pedal with 3 buttons for your feet then use a mouse with a good bit of buttons. Easy

That mod with the razer keypad is so clever! But I'm glad this product exists now so you don't have to go to all that effort. Thanks for the warning about it feeling fragile. I hope they come out with a more durable option in the future. My mom has ataxia from a stroke and I worry if I got her one, she'd accidentally slam it against the desk and break it.

I love this product. My father was an guitar player and ended up with getting dupuytren's contracture at the age of 43. He went through many surgical procedures trying to get his movment back in his left hand. I bought this for him to play games with me. Its not easy to understand what losing a function that you love or even need as a necessity! You are awesome my dude! 😊

I only have use of my right hand. I also bought the Azeron Cyro, and got it the other day. I'm loving it so far. The wait for the delivery took a little over 2 months but was definitely worth the wait. I'm still getting used to the button keys with practice I can have fun gaming again.

So do you recommend getting the cyro? Did they fix your buttons and havent had any problems with it ever since?

They likely didn’t fix yours but eo gave you a refurbished one sent in from a return or simply sent you a new one. Joystick/movement Idea Interesting on it but fact there’s 20 buttons on pad & you have to press 2 at the same time to say, aim down site and pull trigger, plus 4 D pad buttons, A, B, X, T, LT, LB, RT, RB, select, start seems to me impossible to be of any real use. I have a design for a product to allow 1 handed gaming when paired w/an Elite controller or one with paddles but would only work for people with right hand function, so a subset of a subset of a subset, of gamers. Not enough for a design, unless Microsoft gave me a grant along with engineering and programming team…so not gonna happen for me. Hope the CYRO helps you out pal.

Something to consider is getting grip tape if you need more feel for the keys.

Awesome man. I am a bit in the same situation, I also got a stroke about 1,5 year …. And since two months I got my Cyro!!! But I find the learning curve for playing FPS too high. 😅

Glad you found this too. I have MS and was right-handed. As the disease has progressed, I've lost the use of my right hand and was in the same place as you with gaming; I now use my left hand but couldn't really “game” like I used to. I relied on controller for the most. This device has been transformational for me too! I can now play Diablo and shooters with a mouse again. And MMO's (but FFXIV will always be controller for me now). I hope we rediscover our love for gaming because of this device. Subbed to see how you get on.
