Ist so. Der GTI Edition 35 von einem Freund braucht 22 Sekunden auf 200 und verbraucht durchschnittlich 9-10 liter. Trotzdem würde ich natürlich lieber einen V12 fahren.

Nicht mehr Zeitgemäß so ne Karre. Das schafft man auch mit einem Modernen Auto mit 200 PS und 2 liter Hubraum. Ich hätte irgendwie schlechte Laune wenn mich ein GTI abzieht und dabei nur die Hälfte an Sprit braucht.

No, there was also a option with 600 SEL to have 2 seats on the rear. The same as the CL W140 (coupe). The seats in behind was fully control. The 500 SEL has an option too, but not 2 seats. Instead was a 3 seat layout, and also full control at he back.

The V12 engine is a dream engine, the best engine ever made, better than the new V12 engine's. The coupe have only 2 seats in the rear (4 seat).The W140 has 5 seats. A good S Class is only SEL.

I read about w140 that he has some kind of orthopedic seats as they were an expensive option. OK. Thx for advice, I don't care about gears or chassis. But honest for me the chassis looks better on W140. And know final question. 500 or 600. I want only SEL versions with full equipment. I saw on google that couple of models seats only 2 in the rear (they have only 2 seats). I heard about V8 5.0 is a better option with 300 bhp, but 600 has nearly 400 bhp and better torque.

I have a w220 facelift, The pre facelift has problems with rust corrosion the facelift has not so much problems.the W220 has rainsensor, pre safe, airmatic(or abc),light sensor, massage seat.the W140 is very comfortabel an has better seat (bigger), the W140 has build like a tank. So they are not so much problems, but he is old and the most attrited. (chassis, gears..) the W220 is technical good, the W140 is only a tank and have more comfort (seats) but no electronic and he drives to like a tank

Mal eine Frage würdest du sowas empfelen. Sag mal ehrlich? Der W140 / C140 war schon immer mein Kindheitstraum, allerdings denke ich das ein CL 600 von der Leisung einfach zu schwach ist. Da 400 PS bei soviel Hubraum eigentlich wenig ist. Bin lange Zeit ein W220 von meinen Vater gefahren, da aber mein Auto jetzt verkauft ist, suche ich nach so was. Wollte auch fragen ob die Motoren standfest sind oder eher wie der W220 wie ein rohes Ei behandeln muss, da sonst teuere Reparaturen anfallen? MfG

Actually, C140 is just W140 coupe. But C140 only refers to coupe, W140 refers to whole generation of S-Klasse.
