sir could tell me how make bootsrap values
Bootstrap/posterior probability value comes automatically when you read your phylogenetic tree either open with treeview/figtree or dendroscrope software. In this study values come from MrBays analysis (posterior probability) so far.

hello I have to make a project with figtree and the teacher said that she wanted at least 95 of bootstrap puntuation in each label I have problems because I got 100 in someones but otherones are really low. Please help me I don´t know what I need to do to edit in seaview and get a higher puntuation thx
Bootstrap (BS) values depends for each node or clade-how closely related each species/genus. You can't expect always over 95% BS in your molecular tree/backbone of this tree, it's a natural arrangement based on DNA analysis.
Just delete the taxa that make the branch dont have 95%... If still can't delete your teacher..
