So, if properties are selling within a few days. why should I have to pay you 6 or 7 percent to sell my house???
On our team a good portion of the marketing strategy happens even before the property hits the market; the photography, videography, pricing, coming soon advertising, social media, etc. Then when an offer(s) comes in the negotiating begins and advice on what offer is the best for you (it's not always the highest offer). Once it goes under contract our closing team handles the inspections, coordinates the appraisal, more negotiations, title company, communication with the mortgage lender, closing documents, and any other issues that may arise with the least amount of stress for the home seller.
