yes, but there is a process to make the water usable again for consumption or anything else. water is not the main thing, but the additional energy used

Watch agian from 2:43. And also the calender says 2050. In the coming future we might as well be in that situation if we are to overuse electricity and water causing environmenatl destruction.

I don't understand why the title is translated as Ordinary life.. while the character clearly says "Kinou no Ashita" (Means Yesterday's Tomorrow) or could be *Today* since yesterday's tomorrow will be today.. as someone living in Kouchi prefecture.. it is indeed hot here during summer and becoming even hotter each year passed ..

Just imagine how much they pay for their electric and water bills . If they live in a desert, where does the water come from? Why don't they try to conserve it?

Hello! I am messaging on behalf of We The World’s Freedom Film Festival. We are a new (short) film festival that is still in the process of transitioning online, so apologies for the informalities and lack of social media presence. We wanted to create this to unite people through these times and work towards building a strong community and positive social change. This festival is happening during We The World’s 11 Days of Unity (9/11-9/21) leading up to the International Day of Peace, which can be viewed on our website: 11daysofglobalunity.org/wefreedom-film-fest/. We will be having 11 categories based on each day, so if you are interested, your film would ideally be under one of those categories. If you are on the fence, know that there is no entry fee. Meaning, you lose absolutely nothing by submitting! Additionally, there will prize money for the first three winners (1st place - $500, 2nd place - $300, 1st place - $100)! The only requirements are: - must be under 39 minutes - must submit a link so it can be viewed online (streamed, rather than .mp4) - must submit a short bio for the film and a headshot of yourself! If you have any questions, message our Facebook page facebook.com/WeTheWorldFreedomFilmFest! Otherwise, our website goes up Wednesday!

Because in japan it's expensive to live anywhere at all so the desert was probably the cheapest option

One time I took one of those ecological footprint tests and it said that my lifestyle consumes almost 6 Earths. LOL!! Do you think that it's bad that I'm wasteful? I don't know what started me on this whole being wasteful thing. It's just when I moved to that apartment in Farmington I just started leaving the lights, tv, radio, and computer on all of the time. Also I would stay in the shower until the hot water turned cold. It didn't take very long because that hot water heater wasn't very good and it was for two apartments. Now I can stay in the shower longer. LOL! Do you think that being wasteful really causes pollution natural resources to run out and global warming? Do you think that when global warming happens that we will have summer all year long?
